In this paper,the effects of different blending types,blending ratio,vulcanization system,reinforcing system and blending process on the properties of NBR-based blend vulcanizates has been studied.It also optimizes several formulations with good comprehensive performance and industrial applicability.This method can improve the quality of oil-resistant products in China.The conclusions of the dissertation are as follows:(1)NBR combined with 20 phr of BR has improved low temperature resistance,and the oil resistance has little effect,but the mechanical properties are degraded.NBR combined with 20 phr of SBR have little effect on mechanical properties and oil resistance,and the low temperature resistance is improved.After NBR combined with 50 parts of CR,the mechanical properties have not been significantly improved,the heat resistance remains unchanged,and the oil resistance is reduced.After NBR was combined with 50 parts of ACM,the aging properties of the heat resistant oil were improved.(2)The ACM vulcanization system has been inhibited with ZnO.When the NBR phase in NBR/ACM blends is cured by sulfur/peroxide,peroxide and semi-effective curing systems,and the FSH curing system is used in ACM,the comprehensive properties of the blends are better.(3)Under the vulcanization system containing ZnO,the vulcanization speed of ACM is faster.FSH vulcanization systems cannot be used when the amount of ACM is large.Under the two vulcanization systems,the tensile strength,elongation atbreak and low temperature resistance were decreased,and the blending modulus,heat resistance and oil resistance were gradually improved with the increase of ACM.The NBR precuring process and the ACM precuring process reduce the vulcanization speed difference between NBR and ACM,and the performance is gradually improved.The carbon black in the NBR/ACM blend has an offset phenomenon and is shifted to the NBR.The carbon black process is added in the NBR,and the blended rubber has the characteristics of high modulus and low elongation;The addition of carbon black in ACM,the blended rubber has the characteristics of low modulus and high elongation.(4)The blending ratio of AEM in NBR/AEM/ACM blended rubber increased,and the processing properties and low temperature resistance of blended rubber improved significantly.When the peroxide vulcanization system is combined with the triazine vulcanization system,the two will react with each other.After adding MgO,the mutual reaction between the two can be effectively reduced,and the degree of vulcanization of the blended rubber is improved,so that the mechanical properties and the oil resistance are both improved.
