Cellulose as the natural polymer materials with rich reserves is gradually being paid attention to.In recent years,more and more researchers have begun to study the comprehensive utilization of cellulose.Due to the traditional method of cellulose,through its derivatization reaction,the process is mostly polluted and energy consumption is high.In order to solve the above problems,ionic liquid physical dissolution of cellulose has gradually become the main direction of research.And it is unavoidable to encounter the problem of material dehydration.Based on the analysis of references about polymer devolatilization mechanism and all kinds of screw dryers,devolatilzation theory and experiments,the devolatilization mechanism of co-rotating twin-screwdryer was deeply studied.This paper studied the dehydration effect of cellulose/ionic liquid solution using new AP twin screw dryer and TEX twin screw extrusion and the change of cellulose polymerization degree during dehydration.Several factors,which influence the devolatilzation including temperature,screw speed and material filling ratio,were discussed by using the regression analysis method.Dehydrating by looking at this information,according to the drying dehydration technology development at home and abroad,this paper through the experiment to explore,summarize dehydration of twin screw dryer.This experient control variable method is used to analyze the law of dryer dehydration,through adjusting the screw dryer respectively,host speed,feed rate,the heating temperature of 12 area,eight vacuity of the vacuum mouth,get a different glue water,through the comparative analysis of the experimental data from the law of the twin screw dryer vacuum thermaldehydration,and find the best combination of data.
