| In view of the impact of coal seam mining in the mining area on the shallow buried water pipeline,this paper uses theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to study the deformation and stress evolution characteristics of the pipeline under the influence of mining disturbance,and proposes a pipeline deformation repair scheme.In this paper,the probabilistic integration method is used to dynamically predict the mining face,and the ground deformation along the pipeline is analyzed.The ground deformation affecting pipeline safety is decomposed into uneven subsidence,lateral horizontal movement and axial horizontal movement.The pipeline model was established by ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation software.Combining with the basic law of mining subsidence,this paper uses the node displacement method to load the boundary conditions.The experimental results show that in the process of mining disturbance,there is no separation between the buried pipe and the soil in the vertical and horizontal directions,but they slide in the axial direction.Through the analysis of the axial stress of the pipeline,the main factors affecting the axial stress at the top and bottom of the pipeline are the ground subsidence curvature and axial horizontal deformation.According to the stress-based Judgment criterion invalid Pipeline,the value of ground deformation when the axial stress of the pipeline reaches the allowable stress is used as the criterion for judging the invalid pipeline,and the critical values of ground deformation of excavated pipelines and unexcavated pipelines are established.By analyzing the actual situation of the project,it is known that it is known that the pipeline deformation under the influence of mining disturbance is feasible to repair in terms of timing and technology.This paper proposes repair timing of the pipeline that dynamically repair the pipelines during the mining disturbance and restore the elevation of the beach along the pipeline before,during,or after the mining disturbance.The paper combines a variety of pipeline repair techniques and measures,and proposes a complete integrated repair scheme for pipeline deformation in the mining disturbance area. |
