| With the development of ecological civilization,high-efficiency and energy-saving assembly buildings have become one of the main trends to reduce building energy consumption,promote building transformation and upgrading,and achieve sustainable development of the construction industry.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to research and produce new types of green and energy-saving walls to realize wall reform and assembly-style construction.In this paper,based on the major,easy cracking and other problems of concrete wallboard,we proposed to prepare fiber reinforced concrete and apply it to lightweight wallboard,using the good flow properties of self-compacting concrete,the self-insulation performance of lightweight porous ceramics and the reinforcement and anti-cracking of fiber.Strengthening the cracking effect,effectively improving the brittle failure and cracking of concrete wallboard,reducing the weight of the wallboard and ensuring the thermal insulation function of the wallboard.We have mainly completed the work of the following aspects:(1)The mixture ratio design was carried out by the absolute volume method.The water-cement ratio,the coarse aggregate volume and the fly ash content were analyzed for the self-compacting concrete by controlling the other components to change the amount and changing the single factor method.The influence of apparent density,slump expansion and compression strength of concrete on the mechanism and mechanism analysis.Through a lot of experiments,it was proposed that the water-cement ratio of SCLC30,SCLC40 and SCLC50 self-compacting concrete was selected to be 0.38,0.36and 0.34,the volume of the material was 0.42,0.40 and 0.40,and the content of fly ash was 30%,25%and 20%.On this basis,the fiber-reinforced concrete was prepared by mixing the alkali resistant glass fiber and sisal fiber(1:1),and the slump expansion test was conducted on the concrete.The influence of fiber type and content on the flow performance of self-compacting concrete was proposed and the mechanism was analyzed.(2)The mechanical properties of fiber reinforced concrete were studied,the influences of fiber types and content on the compression strength,splitting tensile strength,tension-compression ratio,elastic modulus and other mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete were proposed,and the mechanism was analyzed.Considering the working performance and mechanical properties of fiber reinforced concrete,it was put forward that the optimal content of alkali resistant glass fiber was 1.5kg/m~3,the optimal content of sisal fiber was 2.0kg/m~3,and the optimal content of alkali resistant glass and sisal mixed fiber was 1.0kg/m~3.(3)The early flat cracking test of SCLC30 fiber reinforced concrete was carried out.Combined with SEM scanning electron microscopy test,the influence of fiber types and content on the early crack resistance of self-compacting concrete was proposed and the mechanism was analyzed.(4)Considering the economic effect of materials,the mixed fiber reinforced concrete with strength grade of C30 was optimized.The lightweight wallboard was prepared by wet processing the lightweight aggregate,dispersing the fiber in advance,layering casting.The basic properties of the material were tested and the feasibility analysis was carried out. |
