| Chaenomeles is a traditional medicine and food crops.Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai have the highest value in the classical records especially,mainly distributed in Zhejiang,Anhui,Sichuan,Chongqing,Shandong and other provinces in China.Sichuan Gulin is a deep poverty-stricken county in Wumeng Mountainous Area of China.The large-scale cultivation of local characteristic crops,Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai,is one of the policies for the local government to get rid of poverty.However,the local lack of deep processing technology and enterprises of Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai,digesting a large number of local specialty Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai raw materials have become an urgent problem for local governments and planting professional cooperatives.In this paper,we develop functional snack foods and daily chemical products with the main raw materials of Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai,so as to achieve the purpose of small investment,sufficient utilization of raw materials and high added value;to increase the types of deep-processed products of Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai in Gulin,expand its application range,ensure planting enthusiasm,achieve the goal of poverty alleviation,and lay a solid foundation for the industrialization of the Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai in Gulin.In this study,based on the preservation and improvement of processing technology of local medicinal Chaenomeles dry tablets,Chaenomeles wine and Chaenomeles snack food,develop functional snack food of Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai and Pueraria lobata(willd.)Ohw chewable tablets,and daily chemical products of Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai foot bath powde and Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai Chinese herbal shampoo products.The results are as follows:1.Preparation process of Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai powder: The Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai slices were soaked with a composite coloring agent of 0.3% vitamin C,0.3% citric acid,0.3% L-cysteine and 0.1% L-malic acid,and then treated in a constant temperature drying oven at 65 °C for 15 hours,and pulverized to obtain a Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai powder.2.Chewable tablet formula research: The ratio of Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai powderr to pueraria powder was 2:1,0.55g/10 g nectar Alcohol,0.6 g/10 g xylitol,4.0 g/10 g maltodextrin,0.11 g/10 g magnesium stearate,55 mg/10 g citric acid,the product formed according to this formula has a good mouthfeel.3.Optimization of granulation process of chewable tablets: Determine the final granulation process by experiment: drying time 1.0 h,drying temperature 65 °C,ethanol concentration 37%,and the particle yield reached 92.81% ± 0.6%.4.Quality evaluation and stability study of chewable tablets: The Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai and Pueraria lobata(willd.)Ohw chewable tablets developed by the experiment had good taste,smooth surface,moderate hardness,weight difference and microbial limit.The content of total flavonoids and polysaccharides were 13.578mg/g and 31.259mg/g.The high humidity condition had a great influence on the stability of the Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai and Pueraria lobata(willd.)Ohw chewable tablets,and the stability of three batches of chewable tablets decreased with the storage time under the accelerated test.5.The reaserch of Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai foot bath powder: The formula of Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Naka footbath powder was obtained by test: 9 g soil wattle powder,2.25 g matrine powder,9 g berberine powder,18 g Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai powder.6.The study of Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai Chinese herbal shampoo: The results obtained by the experiment were as follows: The Chinese herbal extract was added to the shampoo formula at a concentration of 10% to prepare a traditional Chinese medicine anti-off shampoo.The finished product had a good stability,no delamination and discoloration,obvious effect,and can effectively reduce and prevent hair loss. |
