In the new society,with the rapid development of Science and Technology,a lot of pesticide are production and used in modern agricultural production.It is important for agricultural production to use pesticide to increase agricultural output as grain,frusts,vegetables and so on.However,there have been many security problems,which impact on people’s food security and agricultural products trade by the irrational use of pesticides,one of them is pesticide residues.One of important methods of detecting pesticide residues is enzyme inhibition assay,which is limited on detection sensitivity,because of enzyme source of stability,specificity and anti-interference ability.Therefore,It is great significance for enzyme inhibition assay of pesticide residues to look for a enzyme which is inexpensive and has a wide range of sources,and anti-jamming capability.The comparison of sensitivity in six heavy metal ions for three enzymes as pig liver esterase,acetylcholinesterase,butyrylcholinesterase.In addition the nature and the sensitivity of pig live esterase on five organophosphoru pesticides and five carbamate pesticides were studied.The results are was follows:1.The optimum reaction pH was 8.0 and the optimum reaction temperature was 35℃and the optimum reaction time was 15 min.The sensitivity of PLE for Bis(4-nitrophenyl)phosphoric acid was much higher than donepezil hydrochloride and physostigmine.2.The optimum reaction time was 15 min for the effcet of pesticides inhibition time on pig liver esterase.3.The sensitivity of PLE 、 AChE and BChE on the restrain effect of five organophosphoru pesticides from strong to weak was:DDVP : PLE>BChE>AChE;trichlorfon : PLE>AChE>BChE>;methamidophos : AChE>PLE>BChE;phoxim :BChE>AChE>PLE;chlorpyrifos:PLE>BChE>AChE。4.The sensitivity of PLE、AChE and BChE on the restrain effect of five carbamate pesticides from strong to weak was:methomyl : AChE>PLE>BChE;carbofuran :AChE>PLE>BChE;carbosulfan:PLE>AChE>BChE;propoxur:AChE>PLE>BChE;aldicarb:PLE>AChE>BChE。5.The sensitivity of PLE on organophosphorus pesticide is the same as AChE and BChE,even for a particular pesticide,it is more sensitive than AChE and BChE,such as chlorpyrifos.6.The sensitivity of PLE on carbamate pesticides is the same as BChE,even for a particular pesticide,it is more sensitive than AChE and BChE,such as carbosulfan.7.The sensitivity of AChE on the restrain effect of six heavy metal ions from strong to weak was: Hg>Ge>Pb>Cd>As>Se;The sensitivity of BChE on the restrain effect of six heavy metal ions from strong to weak was:Hg>Pb>Ge>Cd>As>Se;The sensitivity of PLE on the restrain effect of six heavy metal ions from strong to weak was:Ge>Hg>Pb>Cd>As>Se;8.The effect of five heavy metal ions on three enzyme from strong to weak was:AChE>BChE>PLE;The effect of Ge on three enzyme from strong to weak was:AChE>PLE>BChE.9.The anti-interference ability of PLE on metal elements like As,Hg,Se,Pb,Cd,is stronger than AChE and BChE.But,the anti-interference ability of PLE on GE is lower than BChE.10.The anti-interference ability of PLE on metal element is stronger than AChE and BChE.especially,the anti-interference of PLE on As and Cd is higher than AChE about one order of magnitude.
