The Fabrication Of Nitrogen Analogues Of PEDOT And Its Photoelectric Properties | | Posted on:2020-04-10 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:W W Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2381330578981888 | Subject:Polymer Chemistry and Physics | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In this paper,N-methyl-3,4-dihydrothieno[3,4-b][1,4]oxazine)(MDTO)and N-ethyl-3,4-dihydrothieno[3,4-b][1,4]oxazine)(EDTO)were synthesized in water and alcohol phase,their electrochemical polymerization behavior and electrochromic performance were studied.Processable aqueous dispersion of the polymers were obtained by chemical oxidation polymerization method,which can be coated on polypropylene(PP)substrate to get free-standing polymer film.Next,freeze-drying and redispersion process were investigated.The specific research are as follows:1.On the basis of successful synthesis of monomer MDTO and EDTO,we introduced green non-toxic solvent of ethanol and water as medium,lithium perchlorate(LiClO4)as electrolyte,polystyrene sulfonic acid(PSSH)as surfactant,successfully realized the electrochemical polymerization of MDTO and EDTO in water and alcohol regardless of its poor solubility,and studied the electrochemical activity of polymer,electrochemical impedance,structure,surface morphology,chemical elements in the subsequent system.2.Electrochromic behavior of PMDTO and PEDTO polymers were realized on conductive glass(ITO).The experimental results showed that synergistic effect among the nitrogen alkyl groups in MDTO and EDTO monomer and solvent molecules(H2O,EtOH)was helpful to form a smooth and uniform polymer film,which may ascribe to the hydrogen bonding effect.Compared with the previously reported water-phase electrochemical system,the electrochromic stability and optical contrast were significantly improved.3.PMDTO:PSS and PEDTO:PSS aqueous dispersions were prepared in polystyrene sulfonate(PSS)aqueous solution by chemical oxidation polymerization.The preparation of this water dispersion improved the processability of PMDTO and PEDTO,and the re-dispersion performance may help to extended thier practical application. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | N-methyl-3,4-dihydrothieno[3,4-b][1,4]oxazine), electrochemical polymerization, N-ethyl-3,4-dihydrothieno[3,4-b][1,4]oxazine), electrochromics, green solvents, aqueous dispersant | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
