With the improvement of peopled consumption level,the renewal rate of textiles is speeding up,resulting in huge waste due to high discarding rate.Therefore,the environmental protection and production resources of textiles have become a challenge for all countries.This research takes recycled polyester fabrics and clothing as the research object,and conducts comfort test and subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation of recycled polyester fabrics and clothing from physical,physiological and psychological perspectives.The research contents and results are as follows:(1)Investigation on the application of recycled polyester fibers in sports and leisure T-shirts.This paper sampled the fiber components of the sports and leisure T-shirt fabrics of the five major sports brands(adidas,Nike,Li Ning,361° and Decathlon).It was concluded that the proportion of recycled polyester fibers used in the five sports brand T-shirts was low.Polyester fiber is the main material of sports and leisure T-shirt.It is mainly made of pure spinning or blending with cotton,Modal,spandex,and a small amount of wool,viscose and Lesser.It is purely spun or mostly blended with cotton,modal,spandex,etc,and little blended with wool,viscose fiber,lyocell,etc.Therefore,the application of recycled polyester fiber in the field of sportswear and apparel has broad prospects(2)Eight kinds of knitted fabrics were selected,including four kinds of weft plain needles:1#recycled polyester/Modal,2#recycled polyester/cotton,3#recycled polyester/polyurethane and 4#100%recycled polyester;four kinds of double ribs:5#recycled polyester/prinary polyester,6#recycled polyester/polyurethane,7#100%recycled polyester and 8#100%primary polyester.The objective therrnal-wet comfort index of fabrics is tested and the comprehensive thertal-wet comfort of fabrics is evaluated by grey relational degree method;the objective contact comfort index of fabrics is tested,and the comprehensive contact comfort of fabries is evaluated by Borda number method combined with subjective contact comfort evaluation;the related wearing properties of febrics are tested and the thermal-wet comfort and contact comfort of fabrics are correlated by the close value method.After comprehensive evaluation of wearability,the order of comfort of the samples is:1#recycled polyester/modal>8#primary polyester>7#recycled polyester>5#recycled polyester/prinary polyester>6#recycled polyester/polyurethane>3#recycled polyester/polyurethane>4#recycled polyester>2#recycled Polyester/cotton.1#recycled polyester/model has the best comprehensive wear comfort,2#recycled polyester/cotton has the worst comprehensive wear comfort,so 2#is not suitable for sports and leisure fabrics;the comprehensive wear comfort performance of original polyester fabrics is better than that of regenerated polyester,but the comprehensive wear comfort performance of regenerated polyester can be improved by blending with model,spandex and so on.Except for 1#,the wearing comfort of double ribbed specimen is better than that of weft plain needle specimen.Therefore,the application of recycled polyester febrics in sports and leisure T-shirts can be better satisfied by pure spinning of double rib recycled polyester or blending with original polyester and spandex.(3)Clothing comfort test and evaluation of recycled polyester fabric.Based on the subjective and objective analysis results,three kinds of double ribbed fabrics were selected:100%primary polyester,50%recycled polyester,50%primary polyester and 100%recycled polyester to make short sleeve sports T-shirts for women.MSR145 sensor was used to record the change of temperature and humidity in the underwear during the experiment,and the subjective comfort of the subjects was investigated by questionnaires.LSD method was used to compare the temperature and humidity of different sample clothes.The results showed that the temperature of three sample clothes had significant difference,and there was no significant difference between the inner humidity of recycled polyester/primary polyester and regenerated polyester.Among the three sample clothes,the maximum change of initial temperature of recycled polyester sample clothes is 0.38?,and the maximum change of humidity of recycled polyester/primary polyester sample clothes is 16.74%.The clothing comfort of recycled polyester sample clothes is slightly lower than that of primary polyester sample clothes and recycled polyester/polyester blended sample clothes,but the difference of temperature and humidity is not significant.Subjective comfort evaluation was between moderate and relatively comfortable level,indicating that the comfort of recycled polyester clothing could basically meet the human body's dress requirements.
