The workbench is an important component of the Gantry machining center.Its static and dynamic characteristics directly affect the performance of the whole machine.The workbench with high rigidity,light weight,and low deformation which means better specific stiffness structural efficiency has great significance to the development of the whole machine.According to the needs of a company during the development of the workbench,the workbench slab structure was improved by the bionic structure method to lighten the workbench.Three new types of rib structure workbenches with high stiffness and structural efficiency were obtained.For three new and prototype workbenches using SolidWorks as a software platform and VB.NET as a language tool,a parametric design system for the workbench was designed and developed using the size-driven method.(1)Lightweight design of XH2130 gantry machining center workbench.Based on the theory and method of bionics,four kinds of bionic workbench were obtained according to the honeycomb structure characteristics,tissue distribution law and network structure characteristics of the organisms.Structural static analysis and dynamic analysis are performed on them to obtain the maximum stress,strain,and other resulting parameters.After comprehensive analysis,the quality of the three workbenches decreased by about 10%compared with the prototype workbench,the performance of the stiffness structure increased by 30-45%.And under dynamic load,it also enters a stable deformation state faster than the prototype workbench,and the stiffness stability is better.Three kinds of bionic workbench reaching the goal of lightweight design,and they are used as the basic rib structure of the parametric design.(2)The overall structure of the workbench parametric design system was determined.After analyzing the currently used software development tools and combining the characteristics of the XH2130 gantry machining center workbench,we chosen to use SolidWorks software as the development platform and VB.NET as the language development tool for secondary development.The SolidWorks API function,the basic working principle of secondary development and the three-dimensional parameterized system structure are studied.According to the functional requirements of the parameterized design system of the workbench,the overall structure of the workbench parameter design system is obtained.That is,the rib structure is selected first,then Create and modify the model,and finally generate the model.(3)A workbench modeling solution was established and a parametric design system was developed.The model-driven method was used to establish each model,and the development idea of the parameterized design of the workbench was determined.According to the characteristics of the workbench of XH2130 series gantry machining center,the rib plate structure selection interface,the part parameter input interface,the anti-illegal character input,the rationality of the size parameter prompt,the null value reminder and other auxiliary functions are designed in VB.NET.The macro code is used to obtain the modeling code,and the code is copied to the corresponding interface designed in the SolidWorks Add-in of the Visual Studio 2010 platform to compile.After the compilation is completed,the SolidWorks plug-in is created and loaded.(4)The workbench parameterized design system was run and experimental verification was carried out.Taking XH2130-A type workbench structure as an example,parametric modeling is carried out in the parameterized system.Then the deformation of XH2130-A table under different loads was measured by Leica AT402 absolute laser tracker.At the same time,the ANSYS software is used to analyze the static vibration and dynamic analysis of the model under different loads.Compared with the results of experimental result,the deformation trend was basically the same.And through dynamic analysis,the model has high vibration resistance and stiffness stability,which verified the correctness of the model of the workbench parameterized design system.Using the bionic structure method to lightly design the workbench,the three new workbenches were obtained which improved the performance of the specific stiffness structure.And this method provided a new research approach for the lightweight design of the workbench.According to the workbench parametric design system developed by the new and prototype workbench,the modeling speed of the workbench is greatly shortened,and the research and development efficiency of the workbench is improved. |
