Since the promulgation of the Technical Guidelines for Occupational Health Risk Assessment of Workplace Chemical Hazardous Factors in 2017,the occupational health problems caused by harmful gases in the workplace have attracted people’s attention. At present, the occupational health risk assessment of hazardous gases is basically qualitative and semi-quantitative,so it is of great significance to carry out the quantitative assessment of occupational health risk of hazardous gases in the workplace. The technical difficulties in quantitative assessment of occupational health risks of hazardous gas include three aspects:monitoring the concentration of hazardous gas in real time, obtaining the working time of laborers somewhere in the workplace, and obtaining gas concentrations meanwhile. In order to solve the above difficulties, this paper carries out the following research work according to the published theory of occupational health risk.First, this paper designs a hazardous gas monitoring system. The system consists of three parts:embedded system, mobile client software and WEB server software.Secondly, the Bluetooth module is deployed in the workplace and the broadcast information is sent by the Bluetooth module. When the mobile client software receives the information,it reads in real time and parses through the iBeacon protocol. Then, the fingerprint location method is used to build an offline fingerprint database. Finally, the WKNN algorithm is used to implement the positioning function. The mobile client software accurately counts the daily contact time of workers with harmful gases in the workplace, and displays the specific location information of workers in real time.Thirdly, this paper studies the concentration field distribution of harmful gas in the workplace, and compares the results of gas diffusion experiments,Gaussian diffusion model simulation and the Fluent software simulation. After that,BP neural network technology was used to calculate the gas concentration value in the worker’s position according to the location information of workers and the measurement values of several gas sensors,so as to complete the quantitative assessment of occupational health risks.Fourthly, the harmful gas concentrations in the positions of several sensors can be predicted by BP neural network technology.By the worker’s usual position and the predicted concentrations of several sensors, the hazard quotient of workers in a future day can be predicted. In this paper,an occupational health risk quantitative assessment system based on n-hexane gas was implemented.Compared with the existing technology, the occupational health risk quantitative assessment system has the online real-time monitoring capability of harmful gases, and the quantitative assessment and prediction capabilities of occupational health risks for workers. The above results verify that the technical scheme of occupational health risk quantitative assessment proposed in this paper is feasible and has certain application value.
