| The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party officially introduced "ecological civilization" into the "five in one" socialist construction,in which the construction of rural ecological civilization is particularly important.Whether urban and rural development can be coordinated is an important part of the implementation of "building a well-off society in an all-round way".Great progress has been made in the construction of beautiful countryside in the eastern and central regions,while many difficulties are faced in the construction of countryside in the western region due to its complex geographical and climatic environment and rich human history.Minning Town of Ningxia has gained a lot of valuable experience from the "Diaozhuang Immigration" project to the "Beautiful Rural Construction",which is worth learning from other areas in the west.While learning and learning from successful rural development experience,the rural construction in Western China must combine its own characteristics.It can not copy the rural construction model of other areas or imitate the urban construction methods,which leads to the emergence of "one side of a thousand villages".By studying and analyzing the social economy,geographical climate and cultural characteristics of the western region,this paper explores the regional advantages and tries to solve the environmental problems such as water shortage,serious soil erosion and fragile ecosystem in the western region without destroying the environment.At the same time,it studies the regional culture and minority culture,vigorously develops the construction of rural cultural industry and promotes it.The development of tertiary industry.Based on the successful experience of Minning,Japan’s rural movement and Thailand’s rural construction at home and abroad,this paper tries to elaborate a sustainable development road suitable for rural construction in Western China and establish a set of"production-village integration" model without sacrificing the environment.Based on a large number of data and case studies,the preliminary practice model and future development ideas of "beautiful rural construction" in Western China are extracted. |
