| The problem of environmental pollution is the focus of social development.At present,the demand for electricity in C hina still mainly comes from coal-fired power generation.As a result,the NOx and SOx produced cause serious pollution to the atmosphere.It is an inevitable trend that active coal-fired power companies require ultra-low emissions from environmental protection.The National Development and Reform Commission implemented the Action Plan for the Upgrade and Renovation of Coal-fired Energy-Saving Emission Reductions(2014-2020).S handong P rovince formulated the "Circular on Expediting the Establishment of Energy-Saving,Emission-Reduction Upgrading,and Retrofit Plans for Existing Coal-Fired Units".For power generation companies that burn 300 MW or more of coal and power generation companies or small generators that burn coal within 300 MW within a controllable range,they must achieve ultra-low-emission environmental protection,that is,the concentration of pollutants emitted from burning must be less than the value of environmental protection standards.Its NOx emission concentration standard is 50mg/m3.If the original denitrification emission concentration can not meet the system requirements,the power companies should carry out ultra-bw emission transformation.Designing a reasonable and effective scheme to reduce NOx emission concentration to achieve ultra-low emission,reduce environmental pollution,and save energy and reduce emissions have become urgent problems to be solved.By studying the ultra low emission denitrification system of the power plant,this paper puts forward the overall framework of the transformation of the denitrification system and establishes the control strategy of the system realizatio n in order to meet the requirements of the NOx emissio n concentration of the coal-fired power plant in our country and the transformation of the denitrification system as the entrance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the present situation of the transformation of denitration system based on ultra-low emission,the technology of denitration is compared,and the mainstream technology is selected according to the actual demand of the power plant.(2)Based on the ultra low emission transformation according to the denitration system equipment replacement,soot blowing sequence control,interlocking and ammonia spraying self adjustment mode in order.On the basis of practical application demand,the principle of spray ammonia self tuning is discussed.And the compound control mode and internal model control mode are determined through simulation and the practical application is put into practice.(3)After the power plant has been put into operation,the field debug and operation and in the process of debugging,in order to improve and optimize the problems which affect the standard value of the emission concentration it is proved that the power plant reduces the operation of the operating personnel after introducing the internal model compound system,and has achieved certain economic and social benefits. |
