With the rapid development of science and technology,traditional single materials can not meet the demand of modern society,and resources such as precious and rare metals are become scarcer,so new composite materials have become an important research direction,especially stainless steel clad plate.The stainless steel clad plate is made of carbon steel and stainless steel,so it can not only save the chromium nickel alloy,reduce the cost,it has excellent mechanical properties of carbon and excellent corrosion resistance of stainless steel,therefore,it is widely used in shipbuilding industry,metallurgical,chemical and other industrial fields.In this paper,the clad plate is heated to 1250? and kept for 120 min,then cooled to rolling temperature and then rolled to prepare the stainless steel clad plate.The effects of interface on the microstructures,combination status,element diffusion and mechanical properties of the composite interface were studied,and the effects of recrystallization temperature and reduction rate on the interface of stainless clad steel plates were studied.Main progress is as following:1.When the stainless steel clad plate are rolled at 950? and 1050?,there is crack at the interface.When rolling above the1150?,the interface is intact.And no cracks appeared on the interface during bending performance test.It shows that the interface can achieve good metallurgical bonding when rolling above the recrystallization temperature,and the shear strength of the interface increases with the rolling temperature.2.When rolling at a small reduction ratio,the cracking phenomenon occurs at the interface of the interface.When the reduction ratio exceeds 60% during rolling,the interface is intact,and no cracks appeared on the interface during bending performance test,indicating that it has metallurgical bond.3.For the 316L/Q345 R stainless steel clad plate,the hardness of the stainless steel side to the interface is gradually increased,and the hardness of the interface is the largest,the hardness of the carbon steel side to the interface is gradually reduced.For the 410/Q345 R stainless steel clad plate,the hareness of the stainless steel side to the interface is gradually reduced,while the hardness of the carbon steel side to the interface is less changed. |
