With the continuous development of detection technology,people begin to pay more and more attention to the sensing and detection of micro-signals in life.Nanotechnology provides good technical support for these research.However,the toxicity of traditional nanomaterials to life is unknown.There is an urgent need for a kind of nano-material,which are friendly to organisms,to act as carriers.DNA is one of the best choices.Using DNA's excellent self-assembly property,scientists have created a wide variety of nanostructures and templates for constructing nanoscale biosensing devices.The complex detecting devices with nucleic acid structure and nanoparticles provide a high local concentration for the reaction substrates in the solution,thereby greatly increasing the reaction rate and shortening the detection time.This article describes the research status of DNA nanotechnology,including existing researches on DNA self-assembly structures,such as simple DNA tiles and complex DNA origami,at home and abroad.This article also introduces common techniques for applying self-assembled structures to detecting systems.In this paper,a detection model based on DNA origami and nanoparticle fluorescent probe has been proposed.And we also designed a implementation scheme of logic gate and cocaine detection for the detection model.Finally,based on this model,we have made the entity of the nanoscale detection device.We have systematically studied the influence of steric hindrance on the detection effect,and successfully realized the application of biomolecule and life activity detection.Our detection device can quickly detect target molecules.Considering the natural affinity of raw materials to organisms,we believe that it could perform well in vivo in the future research.As a natural biomolecule,DNA 1s particularly friendly to life.Nanosensors constructed by DNA self-assembled structures naturally have low toxicity to organisms.It 1s of great significance to study the detection devices which nucleic acid and nanoparticle cooperate to complete the detection of life activities,accurate drug delivery,and disease diagnosis and treatment.
