In recent years,the global industrial sector has developed very rapidly.Today,with the ever-changing technology and rising energy consumption,the rational and full use of all kinds of energy is particularly important.China is a big country with large coal energy consumption.This situation will remain unchanged for a long time in the future.How to make pulverized coal burning fully,so as to improve energy utilization and reduce pollution emissions,has become one of the hot topics of domestic and foreign energy institutions and scholars.The effective monitoring and effective control of the full combustion of pulverized coal and flame combustion are inseparable.Under such circumstances,the accurate acquisition of flame combustion information becomes a key to solving the problem of sufficient combustion.In this paper,a mapping method of turbulent flame localization based on cone beam projection is proposed.The turbulent flame image at a certain angle is mapped to some relevant radiation contribution points in the flame field by polar coordinate transformation.Thus,the problem of inaccuracy of traditional parallel light method in flame field inversion calculation is solved.In this paper,a three-dimensional flame reconstruction method based on radial inversion is proposed.The method obtains flame images at different wavelengths by filtering,calculates the radial temperature of the flame field according to the fitting relationship between the pixels and the blackbody furnace calibration,and then carries out the flame temperature field by measuring data in eight different directions.Radial inversion is used to reconstruct the temperature field,and the temperature reconstructed data on each contour plane are combined to obtain the accurate reconstructed flame temperature field.In the last part of the paper,the thermocouple method is introduced to measure the temperature of the flame field in order to verify the reliability of the three-dimensional reconstruction results of the turbulent flame field.The results show that the proposed flame temperature field based on cone beam projection can accurately reconstruct the temperature field.
