Cyclodextrins(CDs)is the general term for cyclic oligosaccharides that produced by glucosyltransferase acting on the starch.It usually contains by the D-glucopyranose through the ?-1,4-glucoside bond.CDs can form inclusion compound and the molecules in this topic because of its special properties cavity,so as to improve the object molecules,such as water solubility,thermal stability and bioavailability,give full play to guarantee object molecular biological activity.Quercetin is a polyhydroxy flavonoid,which is abundant in some herbs in natue.It has a wide range of pharmacological effects,such as bacteriostasos,anti-cancer,anti-inlammatory,antioxidant and scavenging free radicals.Its application has been suppressed in the food and pharmaceutical industries because of its poor water-solubility.Changing the application of quercetin is of great significance to its application.Nanofiber membrances have good applications in filtration materials,biomedicine,sensors and other special field.Electrostatic spinning technology is one of the simplest and most effective methods for preparing nanofibers,because the nanofibers made by it have the advantages of large diameter ratio,high porosity and large surface area.In this paper,the preparation of nano-film of cyclodextrin/quercetin inclusion,the structure characterization and the application of bacteriostatic application were discussed systematically,and the main contents and results of the study were as follows:(1)The embedding capacity of CDs was invertigated by means of phase solubility.The results showed that of the three CDs,the ?-CD showed the most stable constant of quercetin(611),the ?-CD is slightly weaker(543),the weakest effect is ?-CD(84).Because the production cost of ?-CD is higher,therefore,?-CD was selected to the embedding of quercetin using a constant temperature reflux method.The inclusion of ?-CD/quercetin was characterized by physical and chemical properties,through electron microscopy,X-ray and other methods.(2)The corn protein was used as a matrix,adding a certain amount of inclusion compound,the solution was dissolved with DMF solution,the bubble was removed and the solution was prepared into nano-scale film through electrostatic spinning technology.The influence of the electrostatic field intensity,spinning distance,sample speed and the inner diameter of the needle on the quality of nano-film was studied by controlling variables.The better electrostatic spinning conditions were obtained by using orthogonal experiments: the electric field intensity was 18 kV,the spinning distance was 15 cm,the sample speed was 0.6 mL /h,and the inner diameter of the needle was 0.60 mm.(3)Different formula of electrostatic spinning of nano membrane was prepared under different conditions.Then the electrostatic spinning film was characterized using FT-IR,X-ray,SEM and TG-DSC.The water content,expansion rate,water solubility and color of the nano membrane were investigated and the properties of the films were obtained.(4)Staphylococcus aureus(gram-positive bacteria)and Escherichia coli(gram-negative bacteria)were selected for the bacteriostatic test of nano films.The results show that the prepared electrostatic spinning film has the antibacterial effect,and has a certain sustained release effect.
