With the rapid development of industrialization in China,the soil heavy metal pollution has become more and more serious,among which cadmium pollution has become a major hazard of agricultural planting land.Selenium is a rare element,and it is a trace element necessary for human and animals to maintain the health.The proper amount of selenium can improve crop yield and improve quality to a certain extent,but excessive selenium is toxic to plants.By hydroponic method,this study works on Cardamine flexuosa and Chinese kale(Brassica oleracea var.alboglabra Bailey)and studies different concentrations of cadmium and selenium ion solution(Cadmium solution: 0~300?mol/L,6 concentration gradient;Selenium solution: 0~100?mol/L,8 concentration gradients)on the vegetable growth and antioxidant enzyme system of Cardamine flexuosa and the effect of different concentrations of selenium on the growth and physiological quality of Chinese kale ‘Dasunchihua'.The results showed that:1.With the increase of cadmium and selenium solution concentration,the fresh weight,plant height,root length and leaf size of the shredded rice chestnuts plant decreased obviously,and the content of chlorophyll a,b and carotenoids decreased significantly in the plant.Under the treatment of cadmium and selenium,the activity of CAT,POD and SOD in the antioxidant enzyme system of the Cardamine flexuosa increased,among which the antioxidant enzymes in the plant had stronger sensitivity to selenium treatment under the same concentration treatment.2.Under the condition of exogenous selenium treatment,the external morphology and nutrient growth of Chinese kale were poisoned by different degrees,the biomass(fresh weight)of the plant decreased,and the plant height and leaf size were significantly lower than the control.Low concentration of selenium can promote the root elongation growth of Chinese kale to a certain extent,while high concentration selenium has obvious inhibitory effect on the elongation growth of Chinese kale root system,and the construction of root normal form has also been greatly affected.With the increase of the concentration of selenium solution,the content of chlorophyll a,carotenoid and total chlorophyll in the corresponding Chinese kale leaves was much lower than that of control,and the content of soluble sugar,soluble solids,vitamin C,total polyphenols and flavonoids in leaves increases.3.Nine kinds of glucosinolates were detected in Chinese kale leaves,and eight species were detected in the root.Under different concentrations of selenium treatment,there was no significant change in the total indole glucosinolates on the ground,and the content of aliphatic glucosinolates increased significantly.5?mol/L sodium elenite treatment can significantly improve the content of glucosinolates in Chinese kale,and different concentrations of selenium solution treatment for different types of glucosinolates have different regulatory effects.
