| In this paper,a composite drip filter treatment system was set up for the purpose of technology research and development for decentralized domestic sewage.The different combinations of filter materials,hydraulic retention time,cycle ratio,anaerobic zone and aerobic zone of filter layer were investigated.The effect of the volume ratio and other process conditions on the performance of the domestic sewage treatment device to determine the feasibility of the composite drip filter system to treat domestic sewage and optimize the process parameters of its operation.The results showed that the experimental apparatus 1(zeolite,activated carbon,ceramsite)had the best removal efficiency for COD,TP and TN in the five experimental biological trickling filter devices,and the average removal rates were 90.84%,59.37%and 32.14%,respectively.device 2(zeolite,activated carbon,gravel)has good removal efficiency of NH3-N,and its average removal rate is 84.76%;hydraulic retention time,cycle ratio,anaerobic zone of filter layer and volume ratio of aerobic zone The three factors have little effect on the removal of COD and TP.The volume ratio of anaerobic zone and aerobic zone of filter media layer has significant influence on TN and NH4+-N removal.Comprehensive consideration of water quality index removal effect The optimal process conditions are a hydraulic retention time of 6 days,a cycle ratio of 120%,and a ratio of anaerobic zone to aerobic zone of the filter material of 1:1.Under these conditions,the device is COD,TP,TN,NH4+-N.The average removal rates are:97.15%,92.51%,40.35%,48.91%;when using the composite drip filter to treat actual domestic sewage,the hydraulic retention time is 1 day,and the hydraulic load is 0.23tons/(m3﹒d),the average removal rates of COD,TP,NH4+-N and TN of the device are:86.81%80.59%,75.88%and 29.34%,the average concentration of the effluent were 17.5,1.02,11.03 and 38.51 mg/L.SEM and XRD analysis of the upper,middle and lower layers of the filter material surface showed that there were a large number of microorganisms on the surface of the filter material,and no C,N,and P related compounds were produced on the surface of the filter material after treatment.Microbial detection and analysis on the surface of the filter material.showing the ability of the composite trickling filter system to remove C,N,and P.It can be seen from the research results that the composite drip filter has a good effect on the treatment of domestic sewage,and has the advantages of simple maintenance management and low operating cost,and has certain promotion and application value. |
