Surfactants as new drug delivery systems(DDSs),not only having good surface activity(such as oil solution,emulsion,micellar system and self emulsifying drug delivery system),but also can be self-assembled into nanoparticles to solve the shortcoming of other drug carriers,such as low solubility,the problem of high permeability,have been wildly used in the pharmaceutical industry.Responsive surfactants which has the stimuli-responsive properties,such as pH,enzyme or light,can be self-assembled into nanomedicine with targeting delivery and control-release properties,and are expected to improve anti-cancer effects.In this thesis,a series of responsive surfactants were designed,synthesized and characterized.This thesis is divided into two parts:In the first part,we designed and synthesized a polymerizable responsive surfactant,and characterized the stability and responsiveness of its the self-assembled nanoparticles and characterized the stability and release behavior of the particles encapsulated with Nile red.A series of responsive crosslinking agents were designed to cross-link the surfactants with polymerizable groups,so as to fabricated the responsive cross-linked nanoparticles.In the second part,we designed and synthesized a variety of responsive surfactants,including light,acid,and acid and enzyme dual responsive.Their structures were characterized and verified by ~1H NMR and FT-IR.
