In this study, the common Chinese herbal medicine Cnidium was used as the experimental material to study the antibacterial effect of the main effective antibacterial component osthole on white rot fungus(Trametes versicolor(L.)Lloyd).Using microwave and ultrasonic two extraction techniques to assist the Soxhlet extraction method, the optimal extraction conditions of osthole in Cnidium monnieri were obtained.Test using the toxic medium method to determine the minimum concentration of bacteriostatic. The indoor anti-corrosion test was carried out on the samples treated with the extract, which provided a theoretical basis for the preparation of environment-friendly wood preservatives by using osthole as raw material to extract osthole.Study on the practicability of Cnidium extract as a preservative for Chinese herbal medicine. The conclusions are as follows:1.Star-point design-response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of osthole. It was concluded that the optimal extraction process of osthole from osthole is ultrasonic power 980W,ultrasonic time 40min and soxhlet extraction time 7h.Under these conditions, the yield of osthole was 36.84%.2.It can be obtained by in vitro bacteriostatic test of wood, and the extract obtained after extraction has obvious inhibitory effect on the genus Coriolus versicolor, and the antibacterial effect is obviously enhanced compared with the crude extract. The minimum inhibitory concentration of Cnidium monnieri extract against C.versicolor was 10 mg/mL by the minimum inhibitory concentration test.3.The concentration of extracts had a significant effect on the drug loading of the impregnated Beijing Yang specimens. As the concentration of the drug increased, the drug loading increased gradually. When the concentration of the Cnidium extract extract reached 50 mg/mL,the drug loading reached 4.83 kg/m3.After treatment with Cnidium monnieri extract, the color of the wood gradually turned green with the increase of the concentration of the drug, and the test material had no obvious odor after the treatment.4.According to the wood non-in vitro test, the mass loss rate of the specimen treated with the 20 mg/mL Cnidium extract after the indoor corrosion resistance test was 13.83%,which was a corrosion resistance grade;the Cnidium extract at a concentration of 50 mg/mL The quality loss rate of the tested materials was 10.61%,which was a strong corrosion resistance grade.
