As a result of the mining of thick coal seam with the Tongxin mine,the mining roadway is large and the surrounding rock of the roadway is drastically deformed,which affects the normal use of the roadway.Therefore,this thesis studies the deformation law of surrounding rock of roadway,and determines the reasonable support scheme,which provides reference for mine roadway support under similar production conditions.In this thesis,the numerical simulation software is used to study the deformation law of the surrounding rock of large section coal roadway in the adjacent working face mining and working face mining.Research shows:When mining in the adjacent working face,the vertical stress produces stress concentration in the coal pillar,and it has a great influence on the roadway in the horizontal direction,which mainly affects the side of the roadway near the goaf.At the same time,the deformation of the roof is larger than that of the bottom slab.The plastic zone of the surrounding rock is small,and the shear failure is the main one;When the working face is mined,the plastic zone is further expanded and the deformation of surrounding rock increases.Moreover,when the working face advancing 200m,the peak value of the abutment pressure reaches the maximum,which is about 29MPa.The influence range is about 100m,and the influence of the front 30m is intense,which is the key support section.Based on the law of deformation of surrounding rock,combined with theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and on-site monitoring,the support scheme of large cross-section roadway with thick coal seam is determined.That is,the distance between the anchor spacing is 800mm×800mm.The top anchor and the anchor are 3.1 m and 2.5m.The anchor cable spacing is 1600mm×1600mm.The length of anchor cable is 8.3m.The program ensures safe use of the roadway.
