As the energy and environmental crisis becomes more and more serious,solar cells emerge at the right moment.With the development of global photovoltaic industry,solar power stations have been established in many parts of the world.Because the power station works outdoors,the photovoltaic panel surface will inevitably be blocked by pollutants after a long time,which greatly affects the operation efficiency of the power station and causes huge losses.For these pollutants,manual cleaning effect is not ideal,so the development of photovoltaic panel self-cleaning technology is very necessary.TiO2 has attracted much attention due to its photocatalytic and photocatalytic properties.However,due to the high refractive index and wide band gap of TiO2,its transmittance in the visible region and its utilization rate of sunlight are not high.Based on this,TiO2 modification was carried out in this paper.The main research results are as follows:?1?TiO2 thin films were prepared on the glass substrate by sol-gel and dipping coating method.By modifying it with PEG?PEG2000?,the effects of PEG content and withdrawal speed on the surface morphology,transmission spectrum and self-cleaning performance of TiO2 films were studied.The results show that with the increase of PEG content,the porosity of the film increased,the band gap decreased,the light transmittance increased,and the photocatalytic activity and hydrophilicity were improved.However,the photocatalytic activity and hydrophilicity properties of TiO2 thin films reduced by doping excessive PEG.On the other hand,the film thickness and surface morphology could be modified by withdrawal speed.So the self-cleaning properties of TiO2 thin films was modulated.?2?SiO2-TiO2 composite films were prepared by modifying TiO2 film with SiO2.The results show that the light transmittance of the thin film increased and the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 films could be enhanced by appropriate amount of SiO2.With the increase of SiO2-TiO2 film thickness,the light transmittance showed a decreasing trend,the photocatalytic activity and hydrophilicity could be improved.?3?SiO2-TiO2 composite films were prepared by doping with silane coupling agent,PEG and Antimony Tin Oxide?ATO?.The transmission and self-cleaning properties of the composite films and the influence of annealing temperature on the self-cleaning property of the composite films were investigated.The results show that the photocatalytic activity of SiO2-TiO2 thin films was improved by the addition of appropriate silane coupling agent,but the transmittance decreased.Thin films with high transmittance and good photocatalytic activity were obtained by adding appropriate amount of PEG.The transmittance and photocatalytic activity of the films were improved by doping appropriate amount of ATO.With the increase of annealing temperature,the transmittance of the films decreases,but the photocatalytic activity increases gradually.
