Pervious concrete has good air and water permeability,which can mitigate the heat island effect and waterlogging disasters in the city.Under the great background of constructing “sponge city”,pervious concrete has become more and more favored.However,due to the characteristics of pervious concrete itself,the contradiction between strength and water permeability has not been solved effectively yet.And low strength is also the main limiting factor for its widespread application.Therefore,under the premise of giving consideration to water permeability,improving the mechanical property of pervious concrete has great practical significance for its application and promotion.In order to produce a kind of higher strength pervious concrete,the mix design,preparation technology and basic properties of pervious concrete were studied in this thesis,based on the research of pure slurry test.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Based on the structural characteristics of pervious concrete,the main factors affecting its strength and the failure mechanism were analyzed,and the design thought based on the pure slurry test was proposed.(2)The mix design of pure slurry was tested by orthogonal test.The effects of water-binder ratio,mixing amount of mineral powder,mixing amount of silicon powder,mixing amount of rubber powder in four different levels on the mechanical property of pure slurry were studied by using the four factors and four levels orthogonal table.Through the range analysis and the variance analysis of orthogonal test results,the optimal mixture ratio in orthogonal test was obtained.Through the comprehensive analysis of the flowing property and mechanical property of slurry,the optimal mixture ratio of the pure slurry which would be used to produce pervious concrete in the end was obtained.(3)The mix design of pervious concrete was studied,including the design thought,design parameters,and calculating method.The special preparation technology of pervious concrete was studied,including the mixing process,formingprocess and curing process.(4)The basic properties of pervious concrete were tested.The effects of water-binder ratio,mixing amount of mineral powder and mixing amount of silicon powder on the strength,porosity and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete were studied.The optimal parameter value of pervious concrete was determined through comprehensive analysis.(5)Through the fitting analysis between the compressive strength,measured porosity and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete,the law between them was studied.(6)The relation between the strength of slurry and the strength of pervious concrete was studied after applying the mixture ratio of slurry to pervious concrete.It was verified that it was feasible to improve the strength of pervious concrete by improving the strength of pure slurry.
