Sulfur compounds are widely found in new drugs, natural products and photoelectric materials. The synthesis of functional or biologically active sulfur-containing organic compounds has attracted more and more attention. With the development of organic sulfur chemistry, some new sulfur-containing reagents or compounds have been designed and further applied in organic synthesis chemistry to realize the synthesis of new functional organic compounds.TsN3 and K2S are common sulfur-containing reagents in organic synthesis. This thesis will focus on the construction of sulfonyl isoureas with isonitrile and alcohol catalyzed by cobalt and sulfur-containing compounds with K2S.Part ?,an effective synthesis of sulfonyl isoureas through Co(?)-catalyzed isocynide-insertion reactions with sulfonyl azides and alcohols has been developed. This reaction provides a novel, environmentally friendly, efficient and concise method for introducing sulfonyl groups, and has a wide range of substrate universality.Part ?,we have found that the electron-catalyzed sulfur insertion cyclization of allyl o-iodoaniline with K2S resulted in the efficient construction of benzothiazole derivatives. This reaction provides an environmentally friendly, efficient and simple method for the synthesis of benzothiazole derivatives without transition metal catalysis, additives and oxidants, and realizes the formation of two C-S bonds in one step.As a reactant,K2S not only provides sulphur source, but also reacts with DMF to generate free radicals and release electron to iniate the reactions.Part ?,we studied the reaction of N-methyhndole and K2S to construct sulfiur-containing polycyclic compounds without the participation of transition metals. We speculate that the reaction has also undergone a process of S3·-.The study is still in progress.
