The high development of industry has made air pollution increasingly serious.Environmental governance,as one of the national development programs,has also been widely discussed by the society.The incineration of garbage is also an important source of air pollution.Due to the complex composition of the garbage itself,there are many toxic and harmful substances.Therefore,a large amount of polluting gas generated in the process of waste incineration will seriously harm the environment and affect people's health.Therefore,accurate measurement of the concentration of waste incineration gas is of great significance for environmental monitoring.Because Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR)has a wide range,high efficiency and accuracy in gas concentration measurement,The paper aims to monitor the concentration of SO2,CO,CO2,NOx and CH4 in waste incineration exhaust gas,and conduct research on multi-component gas on-line monitoring technology based on FTIR.The paper mainly includes the following three parts:1.The various methods currently applied to gas monitoring are described and compared,and their principles,advantages and disadvantages are introduced respectively.Among them,the principle of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy technology is described in detail,and the detection principle of the core components used is analyzed.2.Design and fabrication of multi-component gas monitoring systems.Combined with the specific conditions of the applied gas chamber of the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,a gas chamber structure with heating function and sufficient number of return paths is designed.Then,the selection of core components such as light source,detector and interferometer is completed,and a complete gas monitoring system is finally built,and its performance is verified by aeration test.3.The related algorithm theory of infrared spectral data concentration inversion was studied,and the high temperature gas measurement experiment was carried out.Apply quantitative data to establish a quantitative model,and verify the relevant algorithms to achieve quantitative monitoring of the gas of interest.In this experiment,a multi-component gas detection system with a removable gas chamber is designed to achieve on-line high sensitivity monitoring of SO2,CO,CO2,NOx,CH4 and other gases,and to obtain concentration data in real time.The experimental results show that the zero drift and range drift of the flue gas analysis system are ?±2% F.S,and have good stability and repeatability,thus verifying the feasibility of the system.It provides a simpler and more efficient method for multi-component gas monitoring.
