| Underwater buildings have high requirements for structural design,manufacture and raw materials because they need to endure huge water pressure and hydrodynamic action for a long time,the invasion of seawater corrosion and the adhesion of marine organisms.The investigation results show that the buildings built in the underwater environment have more or less deteriorated in damage after decades of construction and operation,and even serious damage has crippled the stability of the building structure.At present,although some research results have been obtained in the field of repairing underwater buildings,they are still under construction.The performance and construction technology of building materials still need further research and improvement.In this paper,the causes of deterioration and damage of underwater buildings are analyzed.Starting from the hydration reaction of amorphous calcium aluminate and Portland cement,the composition,working performance,mechanical properties and durability of underwater rapid repair materials are mainly studied,It provides reliable technical support for the rapid repair application of underwater engineering.Firstly,single-factor rotation method is used to study the influence of main factors such as mortar ratio,anti-dispersant content,water reducing agent content and water reducing agent content on the fluidity,anti-dispersibility and mechanical strength of underwater rapid repair cement,so as to obtain the optimal concrete mix ratio.Secondly,in order to find a way to control the setting time of underwater rapid repair materials,the replacement dosage of amorphous calcium aluminate,the fineness of Portland cement and the dosage of admixture were compared.The possible influencing factors were listed and analyzed one by one,and the effects of mechanical properties,fluidity,durability and impermeability were found.Quick underwater repair materials with minimal noise and adjustable setting time in 10-50 minutes.Finally,the damage situation of existing underwater engineering and the practical experience of underwater repair engineering are investigated.The feasibility of rapid repair of underwater buildings with concrete canvas technology is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for future research. |
