Study On Wooden Products Wax-impregnated Technology And Decoration Effect

Wax-impregnated technology is an environmentally friendly surface decoration technique.It can not only highlight the natural texture and color of wood,but also be environmentally friendly,insect-proof and moth-proof.The wax used in traditional scalding techniques is usually beeswax and insect wax,which has outstanding protective effect and elegant decorative effect.In this paper,the technology and decorative effect of wood products ironing wax are studied,which can not only improve the decorative surface of wood products,but also apply the technology of ironing wax to the production and manufacture of wood products in modern enterprises,and contribute to the development and inheritance of traditional technology of ironing wax.(1)The structure,bonding degree,permeability,surface roughness,adhesion,waterproof-fing and aging resistance of the surface interface of hot-waxed wood were studied and analyzed The following conclusions were drawn:the wax layer of hot-waxed wood adhered to the surface of wood and soaked into the interior of wood microstructure to a certain extent.The surface roughness of hot-waxed wood was reduced by hot-wax treatment;Wax wood surface adhesion is strong,up to 1-2 grade.Wood surface waterproof after wax modification,aging resistance is enhanced.First natural dyeing and then scalding wax wood performance is overall stronger than that of first dyed wood and then scalded wax wood.(2)The visual color,visual gloss and visual psychological parameters of wood surface were studied and analyzed based on the decorative effect of hot wax on wood products.The following conclusions were drawn:after hot wax treatment,the surface color of wood became darker and yellow,and the change of wood color became more and more obvious with the increase of color agent content.Hot wax increased the gloss of wood surface,and purple colorant was used for hot.Wax wood glossiness has the most obvious influence.The feeling of solemnity,delicacy,brilliance and warmth increases after wood scalding.Red scalded wood gives the strongest gorgeousness.Yellow scalded wood gives the strongest warmth.Purple scalded wood gives the strongest solemnity.(3)Taking the application of wood products ironing technology and decorative effect as the research object,the application analysis and design practice of ironing technology and decorative effect are carried out,and the following conclusions are drawn:the application method of wood products ironing technology and decorative effect is to refine and optimize the ironing technology and decorative effect respectively,and design practice includes the design of flower rack and wood background wall ornaments.Manufacturing,surface ironing wax and performance decoration effect testing,using the optimized ironing wax technology and decoration effect to test the performance of the flower rack and ornaments of ironing wax is good,and the decoration effect is more colorful.It shows that this technology can be applied to modern wood products production and interior decoration,and has good decoration effect.
