With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,the consumption of lithium batteries as its core will also inevitably increase rapidly,so a large number of spent lithium batteries will be generated.If the large number of discarded lithium-ion batteries are not effectively recycled,they will not only reduce serious environmental pollution,but also be a waste of resources.In recent years,the recycling and utilization of spent lithium battery has been a hot topic in the field of resources and environment,and it is still in the exploration stage.Therefore,it is of great strategic significance to study the recycling technology.In this paper,the spent power lithium battery as the research object,its recycling technology and method were studied.Firstly,the spent power lithium battery was pretreated by low temperature heat treatment and then broken,and the effect of heat treatment temperature and heat treatment time on the dissociation effect of the electrode material after crushing was analyzed through multiple experimental researches.Then,the high-voltage electrostatic separation method was used to separate the components in the pre-treated battery broken product,and a high-pressure electrostatic separation mathematical model was established to analysis the movement of material particles in separation.The sorting electric field was simulated by COMSOL Multiphysics,and the influence of parameters on the sorting effect were analyzed,such as the voltage characteristics and the electrode characteristics.Finally,the high-voltage electrostatic separation experiments were designed to verify the accuracy of the model,and the actual influence of each parameter on the sorting effect of the crushed product was obtained.In the recovery pretreatment study of the spent power lithium battery,it was found that the low temperature heat treatment method can significantly improve the dissociation rate of the positive electrode material on the aluminum foil after the crushing,and when the heat treatment temperature reached 300℃,the heat treatment time was reached 120 min,the positive electrode material can be sufficiently dissociated.In the high-voltage electrostatic sorting study of battery crushing products,it was found that the crushed products of the spent power lithium can be effectively sorted by the high-voltage electrostatic sorting method,increasing the voltage and reducing the spacing of the static electrodes can improve the electric field strength and improve the sorting effect.Changing the angle of the static electrode can meet different sorting requirements.
