| With the continuous development of the market economy,the competition is becoming more and more intense.The development of an enterprise and a group of strong leaders are inseparable.The style that leaders have at the right time can be reflected in proper form,which not only enables enterprises to grow more rapidly,but also promotes the formation and timely transformation of enterprise styles,in order to better adapt to their own development.We should pay more attention to the style of leadership and adapt to the development stage of the enterprise to make the enterprise more long-term.First of all,this paper sorts out,summarizes and analyzes the theories of leadership style at home and abroad,and forms relevant research frameworks and theoretical support for each part,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Then,were investigated by using the method of questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation and expert interview to Huajian aluminium leadership status,and then processed by using SPSS software to collect data,using exploratory factor analysis,reliability analysis,correlation analysis,single factor variance analysis method for its leadership status and department leaders the style is analyzed and compared,finally to Huajian aluminium group to enhance leadership style and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.This paper analyzes the data of statistics by using SPSS 18.0 software:(1)the leadership style can be extracted four factors,respectively,encouraging exchange reward and exceptional positive management,exception negative management;(2)the four factor correlation analysis,the correlation coefficient between positive and negative management management the exception is 0.004,the degree of correlation between other factors closely;correlation coefficient is greater than 0.05,is closely related to the degree of significant level between the passive management,with the exception of the encouragement and exchange Award for 0,reached the level of 0.0001 was significant,but the correlation is weak;(3)to investigate the data of leadership style of the overall analysis,the company leadership style more than 70%emphasis on encouraging the leadership style;(4)Department of survey data The comparative analysis shows that there are great differences in the style of leadership between departments,and the style of individual departments is not consistent with the style of department.In this paper,through the investigation and analysis,elear leadership status of Huajian Aluminum Inc,according to the analysis results of the leadership style of Countermeasures on the promotion of leadership style in the daily management of the enterprise,as well as the selection and training of leading cadres to enlightenment. |
