The main production roadway of Wennan coal mine is seriously deformed and the surrounding rock is broken because of the influence of cross-mining.In order to solve the difficult problem of roadway support in Wennan coal mine,this paper studies the stability and control technology of surrounding rock in span roadway,and puts forward the joint control technology of surrounding rock in cross mining roadway and the scheme of strengthening and supporting with anchor cable in key position,and applied to the field practice.The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Taking the horizontal roadway of 131109 face of Wennan coal mine as the research background,combined with the distribution of the supporting pressure in the cross mining face,the stress of coal seam floor is transmitted.The distribution of surrounding rock plastic zone and the analysis and prediction of surrounding rock deformation in roadway are studied.It is found that the stability of surrounding rock in cross mining roadway is mainly affected by internal factors of surrounding rock and external environmental factors.(2)Two important factors affecting the stability of surrounding rock of cross mining roadway are simulated by FLAC3D numerical simulation software.The results show that the smaller the normal distance,the greater the influence of cross mining on floor roadway,which is not conducive to the maintenance of roadway.When the normal distance from the working face is 30m,the floor roadway is arranged,and the surrounding rock is less stressed and easy to maintain.When the horizontal distance is 10?20m,the stress of the surrounding rock of the cross mining roadway reaches the maximum.When the horizontal distance is-24m,the floor roadway is at the pressure relief area in the goaf of the working face,which is less affected by the mining action,and the maximum depth of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock is reduced to less than 1m,but the problem of the roadway bottom drum is more serious.The mine should take the control measures in time to prevent the expansion of the roadway deformation.(3)In view of the layout of production roadway in Wenchan coal mine,the optimization support scheme of the high-strength prestressed anchor bolt system and the key position with the new prestressed cage anchorage cable is put forward.The combined reinforcement method of"let pressure anchor+pressure anchor+reinforcement Net+steel bar ladder+jet grouting" has been adopted,and the optimization scheme has achieved good support effect through field measurement.The support scheme successfully solved the problem of serious deformation of-550m level roadway in Wenchan coal mine,effectively relieved the mining replacement tension in the mine,provided security for safe and efficient mining in the following working face,and provided reference basis for roadway support with similar conditions,and promoted the technical innovation of cross mining roadway support.
