| With the continuous improvement of the mechanization level of coal mining,the speed of working face is accelerated and the replacement pressure of the working face becomes larger.Although some advanced retracting technology is adopted,the retracting speed of fully mechanized coal face is mentioned.However,due to the special location of the retracting channel,it has brought difficulties to the retracement of the equipment.The properties of the top and bottom of the coal seam in the 211001 working face of the stone groove village are poor,and the retracting laneway arranged in the coal seam is influenced by its own driving and the mining of the working face.The deformation and destruction of the roadway are serious and the maintenance is difficult.Therefore,the deep research on the control of the surrounding rock of the retracting channel is the key to ensure the fast moving and normal production of the working face.Therefore,in-depth study of the surrounding rock control of the withdrawal channel is the key to ensure fast moving and normal production.In this paper,the methods of theoretical research,numerical simulation and field measurement are comprehensively applied.(1)Three positions where the top roof may break is analyzed during the working face near the stop production Iine.Through analysis,it is found that the roof is in a relatively stable stage when the basic roof is behind the mining line,that is,one side of the goaf is broken,and the roof of the roadway is subjected to the static load on the overlying strata.(2)The retracting channel has the least influence.In view of the 211001 working face in the stone Grove Village,the stability of the remaining coal pillar 1s analyzed when the mining pressure is adjusted at the end of the mining stage,and the reasonable width of the remaining coal column through calculation.The reasonable location of the basic roof fracture ahead of the withdrawal channel.(3)Through numerical simulation andfield measurement,the stress distribution law of remaining coal pillar before and after the withdrawal of working face and withdrawal channel is obtained.lt is determined that the starting position of the withdrawal channel affected by the mining face,the influence is most severe.It is also determined that the main control points of surrounding rock failure are roadway roof and positive support.(4)Through economic and technical comparison,the reasonable coal pillar size between channels 1s determined.(5)For the original support scheme existence question and the insufficiency Optimizing support design for retracting channel.For the mam withdrawal channel,the glass fiber reinforced plastic bolting is used.We should build up the anchor cable,build concrete on the roof,take down the top and release the pressure on the main roof.The numerical simulation results show that the support scheme proposed by the active support and passive support for the main control part of the roadway surrounding rock is feasible.It can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock and realize the rapid and safe retracement of the equipment. |
