This project takes the simulated domestic sewage prepared by the laboratory as the treatment object,and conducts a small trial test on the treatment efficiency of the water-vehicle energy-saving rural domestic sewage processor.The effects of temperature,filler amount,residence time and sewage concentration on the COD,ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP capacity of the sewage-type energy-saving sewage treatment machine for removing sewage were investigated,and the mechanism of action was explored.The rationality of the analysis was analyzed,and the optimal residence time,filler amount and operating temperature of the processor were discussed according to relevant emission standards and water quality standards,in order to provide recommended technical parameters for its engineering promotion.Main conclusions are as follows:1.The reactor with 20%filler has better removal effect on COD of sewage.The reactor with 5%and 10%filler has better removal effect on TN and TP.The amount of filler has no obvious effect on increasing ammonia nitrogen removal rate.influences.The three kinds of fillers have better removal rate for different concentrations of influent after42h residence time,but have relatively stable treatment effect when the residence time is24h.Considering comprehensively,the amount of filler is 10%,which is the best operating parameter of the water-vehicle type energy-saving sewage processor.2.Temperature has different effects on the treatment efficiency of different pollutants in sewage.COD and ammonia nitrogen can obtain the best removal rate in the 27.14°C reactor,and TP is the best in the 10.33°C reactor.After the residence time of 24 h,the20.61°C reactor can also achieve lower COD,ammonia nitrogen,TP effluent concentration.The temperature has no obvious influence on the removal rate of TN,indicating that the reactor has certain adaptability to the temperature of the sewage,which is beneficial to the treatment of actual wastewater in rural areas.3.The concentration of COD,TP,TN and NH3-N decreased greatly when the residence time was 0-24h.As a whole,the COD removal rate of the processor increases with the increase of the residence time;the COD concentration is not much different after the sewage stays for 24 hours.The TN removal rate of the processor was stable within0-48h,the filler content was 5%and the filler content was 10%.The TN removal rate reached a better level after 42h residence time.The concentration of NH3-N in the processor is stable after 24 hours of residence time.After the residence time of the sewage of the medium and high water temperature processor was 37h,the TP concentration increased.4.The setting of the waterwheel type perturbator has the function of micro-aeration,which can increase the dissolved oxygen amount for the water body and improve the effect of microbial degradation of organic matter.At the same time,the overall removal rate of contaminants by the agitator is more obvious at high sewage temperatures.The removal rates of COD,TN,ammonia nitrogen and TP increased by 9.81%,9.38%,9.55%and73.18%at high water temperature of 27.14°C,respectively.The removal rates of COD,TN,ammonia nitrogen and TP increased by 50.77%and 13.85 respectively under low water temperature.%,4.05%and 72.38%.5.When it is required to meet the farmland irrigation water quality standard?GB5084-2005?,the optimal parameters for the operation of the processor are 10%of the filler volume and 13h residence time;when it is required to meet the Class B standard of the pollutant discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant?GB18918-2002?,The optimal parameters for the operation of the machine are 5%of the filler and residence time of 18 h.When the first-class standard of comprehensive wastewater discharge?GB8978-1996?is required,the optimal parameters for the operation of the processor are5%of the filler and the residence time of 18 h.6.The residence time has a large effect on the concentration of organic matter in the processor.In order to provide theoretical basis and reference for the processor engineering practice,the dynamic model of the influent concentration and residence time in the processor is established,and the degradation kinetics model of COD concentration and residence time is obtained.
