For a long time,in order to quality identification of counterfeit identification authentication,oil doping techniques,developed and validated continuously,are trying to crack the escalating and spreading of edible oil or counterfeit doping problem.However,a large number of cases show that the grease to counterfeit or doping technology has significantly evolved,simple sensory evaluation and physical-chemical analysis and instrumental analysis has been difficult to deal with,although the complex high-end technology can effectively identify the force in the specific type or scope,but they are often interferenced by other factors,such as equipment coperation skill,detection limitation,cost of materials etc.Therefore,the development of efficient,rapid and simple identification of oil doping technology and its theoretical basis is the urgent demand.According to this situation,this study to establish the UV absorption spectra of oil based on the characteristics of information collection and index branch discriminant or clustering analysis method based on information processing as the goal,to provide technical means more efficient,reliable and universal solution for doping and doping of dissimilar oil waste oil two typical problems.The main work of this thesis is as follows:?1?To establish the identification method of waste oil doped static ultraviolet spectrum and multi index based on the judgement of the branch.The 0.05 mm optical thin film samples pool can be collected within 5 min purple rapeseed oil absorption spectrum and calculation of A245,D245 and R272 of the three feature parameters can reflect respectively two and three element conjugate structure of the product quality,and then indicates the degree of heat treatment oil rapeseed oil;refining experience normal processing,that A245,R272 and D245 boundary value were 9.9,12.9 and 4.8.however,after high temperature oxidation or annealing can not meet the limits of the rapeseed oil boundary value,which can be identified.By doping test,the characteristic parameter identification based on the implementation of the oil for oil refining decolorization,complex detection limit of 3.6%rapeseed oil decolorization;for complex refining rapeseed deodorized oil in the deodorized oil detection limit of 2.7%.?2?To establish the identification method of dynamic analysis of heterogeneous oil doped ultraviolet spectrum and multi index based on clustering.Dynamic UV spectra with 0.1mm optical thin film samples collected at 130?oil pool of nickel catalyzed conditions,can absorbance kinetics equation fitting 272 nm,282 nm,305nm and 320 nm wavelength,and calculated absorbance increment after 600 s,this feature index clustering analysis can determine the ownership discrimination of oil.Parallel experiments show that this method has good reproducibility.Refining operation can affect the clustering status of same oil.The method for the doping of linseed oil and soybean oil better identification effect,with a detection limit of 20%;for the poor in peanut oil palm oil doping identification results,explanation of such doping system limitation.
