Accidents caused by pipeline vibrations occur frequently,not only damage to production and the economy,but also to the surrounding artificial adult body.In complex pipeline systems,the causes of pipeline vibration are complicated.Most of the current pipeline vibration reduction technologies use passive vibration reduction,and the effect of vibration reduction is not very good.In this paper,the active vibration reduction research of complex pipeline system is carried out.The stiffness damping adjustment method is used to control the vibration of the pipeline in real time,which has strong engineering practical significance.In this paper,the key components in the active vibration damping control system of the pipeline are studied in detail.For the design of the actuator,the active vibration reduction is carried out on the basis of passive vibration reduction.By analyzing the vibration characteristics of the pipeline system,combined with the dynamic vibration absorption The principle of the device is obtained by the stiffness and damping of the actuator.In order to determine the influence of the control signal on the response current in the R-L circuit,Simulink was used to simulate it,and it was found that the PWM control signal can achieve the same control effect of the analog signal at a reasonable frequency.According to the output characteristics of the controller,two different signal output methods are proposed,and the control system confirms that the control system uses the differential output to output the control signal.In order to convert the continuous control equation into a form suitable for programming,the continuous equation is transformed into a discrete difference equation by differential method,and the performance of the controller is studied.On this basis,the control program is written.And through testing experiments to determine the appropriate PWM output frequency.Using Simulink to simulate the damping effect of the control algorithm,it is concluded that the damping effect is better than the passive damping in discrete cases and has little difference with the damping effect under continuous conditions.It is reasonable to ensure that the continuous equation is transformed into a differential equation for active control.Aiming at the difference of the sampling signal of the displacement sensor with noise,the method of obtaining the average value of N points near the sampling point and increasing the sampling timeis studied.It is concluded that the larger N and,the smaller the influence of noise.The vibration damping experimental device was designed and the pipeline vibration was analyzed.
