As a traditional manufacturing industry,the cement industry has problems such as high energy consumption,low production efficiency and serious pollution.This requires improving the comprehensive management level of enterprises and promoting the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.To this end,this topic proposes the design of cement intelligent control cloud platform,which can realize comprehensive management and analysis of production,energy,environment,equipment and control status,and help enterprises to improve production efficiency,save costs,reduce energy consumption and improve management level.Based on the background of cement industry,this paper combines computer technology and automation technology to complete the research and design of the overall structure of cement intelligent control cloud platform based on the in-depth understanding of the production management status of cement enterprises.The main work includes the following aspects:(1)Complete the overall framework design of the cement intelligent control cloud platform.The framework includes a data acquisition subsystem,a statistical analysis subsystem,a database subsystem,and a client subsystem.Analyze and summarize the data characteristics of cement enterprises,clarify the data collection points,and design detailed functional structures for each subsystem.(2)Complete the detailed design of the statistical analysis subsystem.Aiming at the problem of slow client data analysis and query speed caused by large amount of data,the method of data processing using statistical analysis subsystem is proposed,and the data aggregation,alarm judgment and process formula calculation design are completed.The design process of the data collection of the team is introduced by taking the electricity consumption statistics of the team as an example.The design process of the abnormal data alarm is introduced by taking the energy consumption alarm as an example.The design process of the formula calculation is introduced.(3)Complete the database subsystem structure design.A distributed storage solution is adopted for problems such as poor communication lines and delays in the network between cement companies and groups.For the characteristics and classification of various types of data,five types of databases were created: management database,electricity meter database,DCS database,energy database,control system database,and a reasonable table structure was designed for various databases.(4)Complete the structure and rights management design of the client subsystem.In order to improve the stability and maintainability of the client system,this paper uses ASP.NET three-tier architecture to complete the structural design of the client,specifically to complete the overall layout design of the client,hierarchical structure design,and universal design.In order to improve the security of the system data,a role-based access control model is adopted to complete the assignment of user functions and operation rights,and the assignment of user data level rights is completed by assigning the corresponding organization to the user.(5)Complete the application of cement intelligent control cloud platform.Based on the background of a building materials group,the subsystems of the cement intelligent control cloud platform were applied to verify the rationality of the design.
