Due to the declining of oil resources,environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent,oil and gasification strategies was proposed.The fire and explosion accidents of petrochemical products occurred frequently every year,which posed a great threat to the lives and property of the people.Given this problem,based on 0#diesel,this paper formulated micro-emulsified diesel,which is a petrochemical product that meets the requirements of use,and it has been proved to be safe,environmentally friendly and resource-saving.It is an important method to address resource and environmental problems in the future.Firstly,0#diesel,water,emulsifier and co-emulsifier were mixed in different proportions to prepare two different micro-emulsified diesel oils.Micro-emulsified diesel 1 is made of Span80 and OP-10,which serves as a composite emulsifier,with a mass ratio of 8:2.When preparing micro-emulsified diesel 1,diesel accounts for 83%of the mass fraction,composite emulsifier accounts for 5%,and the co-emulsifier n-butanol accounts for 2%,water accounts for 10%.Micro-emulsified diesel 2 is made of oleic acid and Tween80,which serve as a composite emulsifier,with mass ratio of 7:3.When preparing micro-emulsified diesel 2,diesel accounted for 85%,composite emulsifier accounted for 3%,co-emulsifier n-butanol accounted for 2%,water 10%.The two micro-emulsified diesel oils prepared are stable and non-layered.Finally,this paper carried out explosion experiment,atomization characteristic,spray combustion experiment for 0#diesel,micro-emulsified diesel 1 and micro-emulsified diesel 2respectively.The results show that the maximum explosion pressure of the two types of micro-emulsified diesel oil is reduced.When the spray was ignited,the flame temperature and heat flux density of the two micro-emulsified diesel oils increased,among which the micro-emulsified diesel oil 1 was the largest,the flame temperature of which has raised to1135?,and the heat flux density of which was between 11.90 and 13.36 w/cm~2.The amount of smoke exhausted during the burning experiment of the two micro-emulsified diesel fuels has different levels of reduction,the micro-emulsified diesel oil 2 was the least.The experimental data and theoretical analysis presented can be served as reference for further research on micro-emulsified diesel in this paper,but also can be used as a basis for the promotion of micro-emulsified diesel in the use of oil-fired boilers or other fuel products. |
