The development of social economy is inseparable from the development of the company.The development of the company is inseparable from the improvement of its comprehensive strength.In today's new economic situation,the development of enterprises faces both opportunities and challenges.As an important part of the socialist market economy,biotechnology companies have received extensive attention from the government and the market because of their industrial characteristics.How to do a good job in financial risk management and control of biotechnology companies will be an urgent problem we need to solve.This paper adopts the research methods of literature research,case study and comparative analysis.From the case of Longli Biological Insolvency Case,by analyzing the company's financial statement data for 2011-2017,combined with the internal and external factors of the company,the company is involved in major financial affairs.The specific reasons for the risks and their development process,and the financial risk changes of the case companies are explained from the perspective of financing and operation,and the financial risk management and control work of other related enterprises is provided to some extent to avoid a similar situation.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of financial risk research,sorts out the domestic and foreign scholars' views on financial risk research,and clarifies the content and ideas of the article research.The second chapter is about the financial risk theory of enterprises.It gives an overview and introduces the reasons for the formation of financial risks and the financial risk characteristics of biotechnology enterprises,and clarifies the content that should be paid attention to in the research of corporate financial risk.The third chapter first introduces the case company and introduces the industrial nature and product type of the company.Secondly,according to the order of time,Longli Company's “financial risk occurrence” and “financial risk deepening” were analyzed successively.Finally,the Z-score was used to measure the financial risk of Longli Company,and the dragon was intuitively reflected by the numerical trend.The deterioration of the financial risks of the company;the fourth chapter explores the reasons for the financial risks of the case companies.On the basis of data analysis,it focuses on the financing structure and operation status of Longli from the perspective of financing and operation,and supplements Analyze the impact of environmental factors on corporate finance and operations,and find out The root cause of the deterioration of the financial situation of the enterprise;Chapter 5 draws the conclusions based on the above analysis and gives relevant recommendations.
