| In 2004,in the University of Manchester of UK,two physicists Andre Geimand Konstantin Novoselov discovered a treasure from the extremely common graphite, using a simple method. The treasure turns out to be graphene,a two-dimensional structure of carbon atoms. This has led to worldwide research on two-dimensional nanostructures. At present,two-dimensional IV-VI metal-sulfide compounds materials have attracted extensive attention in the fields of solar cells, optical detectors and practical materials and other fields.Tin selenide(SnSe)and tin diselenide(SnSe2),as typical two-dimensional layered IV-VI metal-sulfide compounds, have been widely investigated due to their excellent optical and electrical properties. Therefore,we conducted a series of studies on the preparation, morphology characterization and optical response performance of SnSe and SnSe2films.The main innovative results are the following:1.Growth of SnSe and SnSe2 films:SnSe and SnSe2 films were deposited successfully on the surface of organic silicon substrate by chemical vapor deposition. In the process of experiment, the preparation of SnSe and SnSe2 films were achieved by controlling temperature(heating temperature and substrate temperature),pressure in the furnace, carrier gas velocity and other growth conditions.2.Characterization of the SnSe and SnSe2 films:The morphologies, microstructures and phases of the prepared SnSe and SnSe2 films were analyzed by SEM,XRD and Raman spectroscopy.3.Two kinds of simple optical detectors were constructed by using SnSe and SnSe2 films, and their optical response performance were studied. In the experiments, incident light sources with different laser wavelengths were used to test the optical response performance. The experimental results show that the photodetectors have good response in the whole spectrum, with the advantages of fast response, high response rate, strong stability and high repeatability. |
