With the development of society and economy, more and more attention has been paid to environmental pollution.Air pollution has become a hot spot in current environmental protection research. It is very important to study the prevention and control of environmental pollution by environmentally friendly biomass adsorption materials. In this paper, the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emitted from Artificial forest Pinus sylvestris mongolica during conventional drying and high temperature drying were studied, which uses gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to quantitatively detect VOCs emitted from conventional drying and high temperature drying of Pinus sylvestris mongolica.Four gases, including a-pinene,β-pinene,carbon tetrachloride and benzene, were selected for adsorption and removal according to the test results.According to the properties of the adsorbed gases, the porous solid Material-metal-organic frameworks material prepared by self-assembly of rare earth metal ions and organic bridging ligands was used to study the adsorption of the above four wood drying gases. The phthalic anhydride and methyl-alpha-D-pyran galactose glycosides as the ligand raw material, the single factor experimental synthesis of a series of new organic ligands,a new type of Rare-MOFs adsorption material is obtained by Rare earth metal salt solution and organic ligands which was through conventional solution. The Rare-MOFs material was characterized by SEM,EDS,TGA,BET,XRD and FT-IR techniques. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1、Using Artificial forest Pinus sylvestris mongolica as the research object, the composition and content of the main VOCs gases emitted during the conventional drying and high temperature drying of wood were studied, and four gases were selected as the adsorption objects. The results show that, whether in the condition of conventional drying or high-temperature drying, the VOCs released from pinus sylvestris mainly include aldehydes, terpenes and carbon tetrachloride and so on.Also,Benzene is present at high temperature. Then four of them are selected as research objects.2、According to the molecular properties of four gases(a-pinene,β-pinene,carbon tetrachloride and benzene),a new type of Rare-MOFs adsorption material was prepared. The adsorption and desorption tests of the four gases were carried out,and the preparation process of MOFs was optimized according to the adsorption capacity. It is concluded that both Nd-MOFs and Ce-MOFs as adsorbing materials have good adsorption effects on a-pinene,β-pinene,benzene and carbon tetrachloride;La-MOFs as an adsorbent has a good adsorption effect on a-pinene,P-pinene and carbon tetrachloride but a poor effect on benzene. The three materials also have better desorption effects on these four gases. Moreover, the materials can be recycled.3、Three new Rare-MOFs adsorbents were characterized by SEM,EDS,TGA,BET,XRD and FT-IR.
