China is a country with water shortage.The treatment of sewage is a very important project.The improvement of sewage quality will greatly improve the water environment in river areas and improve the quality of life of residents along the river.The effective disposal of sewage can not only improve China.The quality of the water quality of the water body,as well as the good treatment process,can also degrade the original polluted water body into environmentally friendly water,and provide the medium water to municipal public water spray,cooling circulating water and other municipal and industrial uses.It can greatly reduce the daily demand for environmental water bodies,fundamentally alleviate the shortage of water resources,and has certain environmental,economic and social benefits..At present,the sewage treatment plant uses biofilm wastewater treatment technology to treat sewage,but the biofilm method itself has some restrictions,which can not effectively remove nitrogen,phosphorus and other pollutants in the sewage treatment process.In order to solve the problem of denitrification and dephosphorization,which is prevalent in biofilm method,the biofilm process wastewater treatment technology was improved,and the pre-denitrification biofilter + aerated biofilter + post-denitrification biofilter was designed.The three-stage biofilter process and on-site pilot test were conducted to analyze the removal of organic matter in SS,TN,TP and water by the biofilm process.Through the improvement of the biofilm wastewater treatment process,the treatment effect of the biofilm method on the sewage is improved.After the biofilm treatment process is improved,the treatment effect on the sewage can reach a COD concentration of 30 mg/L and a NH3-N concentration of 5 Mg/L,SS concentration 2 mg/L,TN concentration 12 mg/L,TP concentration 0.5 mg/L,and effluent water quality meets national first-class A emission standards.Compared with the biofilm method before the process improvement,the effect of the process improvement on the biofilm treatment of sewage has been greatly improved,and the degree of improvement of COD and TN is small,only about 40% of the effect is improved,and TP,SS,The improvement effect of NH3-N is the most obvious,and the improvement performance can reach more than 60%.The improvement effect of the scheme is obvious,and it can be effectively applied to the sewage treatment plant to treat municipal sewage.
