There are some difficulties such as low grade of raw ore,low comprehensive utilization rate and difficulty in effective separation in Chinese scheelite resources.In order to make full use of low grade scheelite resources,it is necessary to find some selective collectors for scheelite.Drug combination is one of the ways to solve this problem.This thesis was given priority to sodium oleate combinating respectively with the anionic collector(benzylhydroximic acid,Salicylhydroxamic acid,sodium dodecyl sulfate,sodium laurylsulfonate)and betaine type zwitterionic surfactants(LAB-35,CAB-35,LHSB,CHSB,BS-12),through single mineral and actual ore flotation experiment researching collecting performance of the combined collector;Through the determinations of solution surface tension,infrared spectrum analysis,mineral surface contact Angle,mineral surface dynamic potential and other analytical test means to study the mechanism of action of combined collectors in three mineral surfaces,the conclusion is as follows:The results of single mineral flotation experiments show that when the pH value of slurry is 8,the combination collectors including sodium oleate combining with benzohydroxime acid,salicylic hydroxime acid,sodium dodecyl sulfate,sodium dodecyl sulfonate,LAB-35,LHSB and CHSB in different proportions have no significant influence on the flotation behavior of scheelite;The combination collectors,Sodium oleate combining CAB-35,BS-12 with different ratios,affect the flotation behaviors of scheelite significantly,for which it may be synergies between those collectors,when the ratio is 2:1,this effect is the most obvious and the recovery rates of scheelite are up to 90.69% and 92.07%,respectively.At the same time,the recovery rates of calcite and fluorite are below 80%,which shows that these two kinds of combination collectors can collect and select scheelite very well.To the contrary,calcite and fluorite are poor.The results of binary artificial mixed ore experiments also show that the flotation separation indexes of sodium oleate: BS-12 =2:1 are better than sodium oleate: CAB-35 =2:1.The actual ore flotation experiment verifies the results of single mineral flotation experiment well.When sodium oleate is combined with CAB-35 or BS-12 in a ratio of 2:1 as a flotation collector for scheelite,compared with the single sodium oleate as a collector,the recovery rate of the scheelite crude concentrate increases from 77.69% to 83.77% and 86.53%,indicating that the combination of sodium oleate and BS-12 has better collecting performance for scheelite.The results of the solution surface tension experiment show that when sodium oleate: CAB-35 =2:1,sodium oleate: BS-12 =2:1,the combined collector system produces the maximum synergistic effect at the pH value is 8,the surface activities of the combined solutions are high.The results of infrared spectrum analysis show that these two combined collectors react with the surface of scheelite by chemical adsorption and they adsorb more firmly than single collectors do;The results of the contact angles and Zeta potential show that the contact angle becomes larger,hydrophobicity becomes stronger and the Zeta potential of surface are shifted more negatively for scheelite which is reacted with combined collectors.
