Pollution Control Measures And Suggestions Under The Pilot Project Of Volatile Organic Pollutants In Suzhou Industrial Park

With the rapid development of industry,the problem of environmental pollution has become more and more prominent.Around "how to make the rapid development of industry,less pollution to the environment" This topic has received high attention from all walks of life at home and abroad.At a time when China's modern industry has made great progress,the issue of ecological environmental protection has received unanimous attention from all walks of life.In order to implement Xi Jinping's idea of ecological civilization in the new era and the various ecological and environmental requirements of the central government,and to win the fight against pollution prevention and control,governments at all levels have long listed environmental control and pollution control as one of the key tasks.At present,China has achieved certain results in the prevention and control of pollution.However,there are still problems such as inadequate standards and regulations,lack of effective environmental supervision,and other unfavorable factors such as the large number of sources of emissions of VOCs,the complex forms of emissions,and the wide variety of polluting substances.It greatly improves the difficulty of VOCs follow-up management.Therefore,it is a difficult and urgent work to promote the effective governance of VOCs according to the actual conditions of our country.Based on the concerns and research on VOCs pollution prevention and control,the author collects and reads relevant documents and details the management regulations and technical requirements of volatile organic compounds in various countries to provide the corresponding theoretical basis for this thesis.Starting with the introduction,the author theoretically lays the groundwork for the content of the research by introducing the background,significance,source,hazards and technical means of VOCs.Then,the author elaborates on the domestic and foreign regulations and policies of VOCs control,so as to provide the basis and suggestions for China to formulate corresponding regulations and policies;After that,the author analyzes the treatment technology of VOCs at home and abroad and its effects,so as to provide corresponding technical basis for analyzing the current VOCs treatment technology used in China.Finally,the author carries on the in-depth research and analysis through the establishment of the VOCs emission charge trial,and puts forward the feasible suggestion for the promotion of VOCs management and provides the reference for other enterprises to charge VOCs emission.
