How to quickly and efficiently detect food hygiene and eliminate or reduce the occurrence of food safety accidents is an inevitable research topic in the current food safety field.Aiming at the problems of traditional food microbial content detection technology,such as slow detection speed and weak detection of weak fluorescence,the paper deeply studies the key technologies of ATP bioluminescence,weak optical signal detection and weak electrical signal conditioning,and proposes a high precision and high sensitivity microbial content detection technology based on photomultiplier tube(PMT).The ATP fast fluorescence detector has been developed.Based on PMT,a new load output circuit and programmable dark current compensation circuit are designed,which effectively suppresses PMT dark current noise and successfully receives the photocurrent signal of PMT.The paper implements multi-functional system hardware with noise compensation,human-computer interaction,data storage and peripheral communication.The system software has been developed,and the system software is divided into HAL layer,operating system layer and application layer by hierarchical software architecture.Based on ?C/OS-?,the tasks of application system initialization,signal acquisition and processing,noise compensation,data access and touch screen are realized.The test results show that the functions of each module are completed,the parameters are set accurately,and the system runs stably.The experimental results prove that the detector has high sensitivity,good linearity,good repeatability and convenient operation,and meets the expected design requirements.
