Supercapacitor is a new type of energy storage device with both physical capacitors and battery characteristics.High power density,high energy density of the super capacitor is becoming a hot research.Carbon materials are the most widely used materials because of their high specific surface area and pore capacity,stable performance,lowcost and environmental friendliness.At present,carbon materials used in supercapacers are mainly activated carbon,activated carbon fiber,carbon airgel,Carbon tube and graphene,etc.,these materials are characterized by high surface area,good conductivity.Among them,activated carbon is widely used in electric double layer capacitor because of its high specific surface area,high pore volume,adjustable aperture and low-cost,is the commercial capacitor main electrode material.With the development of the capacitor,the electrochemical performance of the activated carbon material can be improved by regulating the porous structure and the surface chemical modification of the activated carbon.In order to prepare the high electrochemical performance supercapacitor electrode material,the paper studied the effects of the waste particleboard and the fiberboard surface modification method of carbon electrode was studied,the relationship between chemical modification and pore size change was also discussed.nitrogen-containing activated carbon were prepared at the activation temperature of 800?,Using activated particleboard as raw material,KOH as activator.The prepared activated carbon and boric acid were mixed in a mass ratio of 7:1,5:1,3:1,2:1 and then heated in a tube furnace at a heating rate of 10?/min and incubated at 900? for one hour,the specific capacitance reach 263 F/g when the mass ratio of the sample produced is 3:1.In addition,nitrogen-containing activated carbon was prepared at the activation temperature of 800?,using waste fiberboard as raw material,KOH as activator.The prepared activated carbon was first mixed with sulfur at a mass ratio of 10:1 and then placed in a tube furnace for heating at a heating rate of 10?/min at 300,400,500 and 600? for one hour.And then the activated carbon and sulfur were prepared in accordance with the mass ratio of 12:1,10:1,8:1,6:1,the heating temperature of 400?.Among them,when the mass ratio of 10:1,the heating temperature of 400?the specific capacitance can reach 264F/g.Finally,the nitrogen-containing activated carbon was prepared by the above method,and the nitrogen-containing activated carbon and copper nitrate were mixed in the conical flask according to the mass ratio of 5:1,4:1,3:1,2:1 in the constant temperature oscillator on the shock 24 hours,the water temperature control at 40?,remove the dried water,placed in a tube furnace heating,heating rate of 10?/min,at 300? for one hour,the results show that when the mass ratio of 3:1,the current density of 0.05 A/g,the specific capacitance can reach 272 F/g in the 6 M KOH electrolyte.
