| With the rapid development of urbanization in China,high-intensity urban construction has brought tremendous pressure on the ecological environment.As the boundary area between urban and rural areas,the urban fringe area has become the most sensitive area for urban spatial expansion.The rational planning of internal land use plays an important role in restraining the disorderly spread of cities and realizing the healthy and sustainable development of cities.The Lakeside District which located in the urban fringe areas of Suqian,is facing the same problem with the rapid development of urbanization and the construction requirements of“Ecological Priority and Green Development".Therefore,the landscape ecological problems and the safety of the ecological environment in Suqian Lakeside Distrect have become the focus of ecological construction in Suqian.Based on the perspective of ecological sensitivity evaluation,this paper started with the related basic concepts and research theories,expounded the conceptual characteristics and theoretical methods of green space and ecological sensitivity in urban fringe areas,and elaborated and analyzed them with relevant cases to provide theoretical guidance for the subsequent evaluation process.This paper analyzed the ecological sensitivity of the Lakeside District in the iurban fringe area of Suqian,and clarified the possibility and degree of ecological environment problems in different regions.By identifying areas with different degrees of ecological sensitivity,it was necessary to identify areas that needed to focus on ecological enviroument construction and protection,and provided scientific basis for regional ecological environmental protection and rational planning,to achieve regional healthy and sustainable development in economic,social and environmental aspects.Finally,took Suqian Liutang River Urban Wetland Park as an example,this paper designed sustainable landscape to make human activities and ecological environment proteetion have interrelation and coordination based on the different eeological sensitivities,which would make it become the characteristic green space with regionalism,ecology and functionality between urban and rural areas,and the values of green space landscape in the urban fringe would be demonstrated,and the green space in the urban fringe would be preserved and utilized more reasonable and become an important ecological resources in the process of city development.This paper evaluated the ecological sensitivity of Lakeside District in Suqian City,and used the evaluation results to guide the detailed planning and design of Suqian Liutang River Urban Wetland Park,applying the theoretical results to practice,and providing certain references for the landscape planning and design of green space in other urban fringe areas.The results of this paper are supported by "the Traditional Human Settlement System as the Contemporary Urban Green Infrastructure(Project No.2019XKJS03 17)",which is part of Beijing Forestry University to build a world-class discipline and characteristic development guide project,"the Integrated Control and Precise Configuration Technology and Demonstration of Surface Souce Pollution in the Rural Area of Guishui River Basin(Project No.2017X07101004-004)",which is part of national water pollution control and governance technology important project,and "the Study of Beijing Urban and Rural Green Space Ecological Network Pattem Optimization",which belongs to the project of“Urban and Rural Ecological Environment Beijing Laboratory". |
