With the implementation of a series of policies to revitalize the manufacturing industry,our country has made steady progress on the road to becoming a powerful manufacturing country.The strong sup port of the country in mechanical processing,chemical equipment,aerospace and construction engineering has demonstrated China's determination to lead the world manufacturing industry.Welding,as an indispensable technology in the manufacturing industry,provides great advantages for processing and manufacturing,but also endangers our environment and physical health.In view of this,the paper designs a portable flue gas disposal system by water bath to protect the health of welding workers.By referring to a large number of relevant data,the research status ofdust removal technology and equipment at home and abroad is fully unde rstood,which provides reference for the design of the flue gas treatment system in this paper.Through consulting a large number of documents of multi-phase flow simulation analysis and experimental measurement method s,it provides guidance for text simulation analysis and experimental metho ds.A model diagram of portable flue gas disposal system by water bath is designed by using 3D software.According to the requirements of human respiration and the purpose of portability,the system components are preliminarily selected.The corresponding mathematical models are established,including basic equations,momentum transfer,turbulence model and bubble equilibrium model,which provide a theoretical basis for subsequent studies.The physical model is simplified and meshed by ICEM,and the appro priate initial and boundary conditions are selected.Using Flute software tosimulate the two phases of liquid and gas,the effects of surface tension and viscosity on air bubble aspect ratio,gas zone phenomenon,gas phase concentration and gas holdup were observed,which provided a reference fo r the choice of liquid type of flue gas treatment system in this paper.In order to improve the efficiency of dust removal,and to take into account the purpose of small volume and light weight,the structure of the water bath dust removal system was optimized.By simulating the influence of different re actor diameters,liquid heights and crushing devices on the flow field,the optimal design scheme of the portable flue gas disposal system by water bath was obtained.In order to verify the previous theoretical analysis and simulation,HD camera method was used to record the experimental process and results.By comparing the simulation and experimental results,the feasibility of portable flue gas disposal system by water bath was verified.
