| The face gear has a unique power split,strong bearing capacity and light weight,and is widely used in aerospace industry.Due to the complex shape of the tooth surface of the face gear,the accuracy of the tooth surface is a key issue in the manufacturing process from start to finish.During the manufacturing process of the face gear,the reduction of the tooth surface roughness will increase the meshing accuracy of the face gear during the mechanical transmission process.In order to improve the accuracy of the tooth surface,this paper studies the high-speed milling processing method and tooth surface roughness of the surface gear.The main contents are as follows:The high-speed milling technology of the face gear,the principle of the formation of high-speed milling tooth surface roughness and its main influencing factors have been analyzed briefly.According to the differential geometry principle and the gear meshing principle,the mathematical model of the spur gear is established.Based on the face gear machining method of the virtual profiling concept of the insert milling cutter,the high-speed milling machining method of the face gear is introduced in detail,and the meshing point tool position,the spindle feed range equation and the tool swing angle range are solved,and the tool path NC program is generated.Taking the high-speed milling face gear of CNC milling machine as the research object,the tool position calculation of the meshing point during the high-speed milling process is carried out;the tool path and program are obtained by the UG post-processing through the calculation of the tool spindle feed range and swing angle range;with VERICQUT The software carries out the high-speed milling simulation of the face gear,and carries out the high-speed milling test and detection of the face gear,which shows the feasibility of the proposed high-speed milling method for the face gear.Through the high-speed milling process of the opposite gear with the ball-end milling cutter,the relationship between the line spacing and the residual height when milling the surface contour of the ball-end milling cutter is analyzed,and the intersection equation of the actual sweeping surface of the ball-end milling cutter during the high-speed milling process is obtained.Coordinate system,using Matlab software to establish the mathematical model of high-speed milling residual height,calculate the influence of spindle speed,feed per tooth and milling depth on the surface roughness of high-speed milling of surface gear,compare with the actual measurement,provide high-speed milling for the rear gear Experimental basis.Based on the orthogonal experiment,the regression model of surface roughness of high-speed milling of face gear was established by regression analysis. |
