Nicotine,commonly known as nicotine,is a bicyclic compound with pyridine and pyrrole and is an important component in tobacco.Electronic cigarette,also known as electronic nicotine delivery system(ENDS),atomizes nicotine-containing electronic cigarette liquid into an aerosol by heating without burning,and smokes electrons into the mouth through smokers.Currently,most of the market is sold by adding nicotine to e-cigarettes.Therefore,in this study,by designing synthetic nicotine sustained-release agents to improve the volatility and instability of nicotine,it is desirable to improve the taste and feel of smoking.In this paper,four directions of nicotine sustained release agent were synthesized by research and design,as follows:1.A eutectic compound of nicotine and hydroxybenzoic acid,three unreported nicotine hydroxybenzoic acid eutectics were obtained,and their crystal structures were characterized.2.A salt compound of nicotine and an amino acid,which solidifies liquid nicotine using an amino acid to obtain three nicotine amino acid salts,which are characterized by a disorderly mixing.3.Modified porous starch coated nicotine,synthetic porous starch and four lipophilic modified porous starch coated nicotine,and the best encapsulation rate was determined by orthogonal experiment.4.Nicotine and brominated long-chain alkyls synthesize quaternary ammonium salt structure novel compounds,nicotine pyridine ring and pyrrole ring can synthesize quaternary ammonium salt structure,designed and synthesized four(three of which have not been reported)long-chain alkyl nicotine Quaternary ammonium salts and characterize their chemical structure.Finally,a professional nicotine sustained release test was performed on the synthesized nicotine sustained release agent samples,which proved that only the nicotine hydroxybenzoic acid eutectic and the modified porous starch coated nicotine have a sustained release effect.It provides new ideas and new possibilities for the slow release of electronic cigarette nicotine.
