As a new type of silver nanomaterial, silver triangle nanoplates have many unique properties, including unique triangular structures, tunable local plasma spectral properties. With the continuous development of nanotechnology, silver triangle nanoplates have attracted wide attention of researchers and become a research hotspot. In this paper, silver triangle nanoplates were synthesized by the existing methods. The changes of local surface plasmon resonance absorption spectra of silver triangle nanoplates reacted with different substances were studied.Based on these characteristics,a series of analytical methods of substances were established. The specific research contents are as follows:1.The aggregation and anti-aggregation of silver triangle nanoplates were studied. Results showed that the aggregation phenomenon of silver triangle nanoplates occurred when silver triangle nanoplates were heated with mono-hydrogen phosphate under boiling water. This process was accompanied with a wide blue shift of the local surface plasmon resonance absorption spectrum of silver triangle nanoplates.Further studies found that if a certain amount of chromium(Ⅲ)ions were added into the system for heating, the degree of aggregation of the silver triangle nanoplates would be weakened, and the degree of blue shift of the absorption spectrum also reduced. The spectral shift caused by the aggregation of silver triangle nanoplates had a good linear relationship with the concentration of chromium(Ⅲ)ions.Based on this phenomenon,a sensitive method for the detection of chromium(Ⅲ)ions was established.2.The etching and anti-etching of silver triangle nanoplates were studied. Results showed that after the reaction between potassium thiocyanate and silver triangle nanoplates, the silver triangle nanoplates is etched into disc-shaped silver nanoparticles, the absorption peak at 575 nm disappeared and a new absorption peak formed at 400 nm;After the silver triangle nanoplates mixed with a certain amount of uric acid and then reacted with potassium thiocyanate, the etching degree of the silver triangle nanoplates reduced, the absorption peak at 400 nm decreased and the absorption peak at 575 nm reappeared and rise.Based on this phenomenon,an analytical method for the detection of uric acid based on the anti-etching of silver triangle nanoplates was established.3.The fluorescence resonance energy transfer phenomenon with Rhodamine 6G was studied by using silver triangle nanoplates as a fluorescence quencher. The fluorescence resonance energy transfer phenomenon occurred after the silver triangle nanoplates mixed with Rhodamine 6G.The fluorescence intensity of the system was quenched, and the rate of extinction reached 88%.Subsequently,after adding a certain amount of cadmium(Ⅱ)ions into the system and heating under boiling water, the fluorescence of the system recovered, and the degree of fluorescence recovery had a good linear relationship with the concentration of cadmium(Ⅱ)ions.Based on this phenomenon,an analytical method for the detection of cadmium(Ⅱ)ions was established.
