Tailings pond project is one of mine foundation projects and plays an important role in mine production.Up to now,there have been a lot of appalling tailings dam break accidents both at home and abroad,which have caused huge losses to people’s lives and property.For the seepage analysis of tailings dam,domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research,including theoretical analysis,physical simulation and numerical simulation.On the basis of previous studies,this project selected the yinzhuang new water tailings reservoir of shougang water works as the research object,studied the three-dimensional seepage situation of the dam body under different dam top elevation conditions in the process of dam body elevation,and provided reasonable seepage removal measures for different working conditions,so as to provide theoretical basis for the operation of the tailings reservoir in the future.According to the actual situation of tailings dam,the super-equivalent continuous medium model is adopted in the study of seepage,the basic theory of saturated-unsaturated seepage is applied,and the positive algorithm is adopted in the inversion analysis.The above principles are the theoretical basis of this research,and the following research is carried out on this theoretical basis.Based on the data of field investigation,the seepage field inversion analysis of yinzhuang tailings dam is carried out.The inversion analysis method is the positive algorithm in the numerical solution method.Through the inversion calculation,a reasonable calculation model and calculation method can be obtained for the subsequent research.It can be concluded from the inversion calculation that the infiltration surface of tailings dam will be too high in the subsequent heightening process,and seepage measures should be taken.There are many methods of tailings dam seepage,most of which are radiation well and seepage wall.Taking the 180m elevation of the top of the new tailings dam as an example,the calculation parameters and model determined by inversion were used to simulate the seepage situation of the dam body under the two seepage control measures of radiation well and seepage wall respectively,and the comprehensive comparison was made.Finally,the seepage wall was determined to be the optimal seepage scheme.The reason is that the cost of seepage wall is better than that of radiation well under the premise of ensuring the effect of seepage.After determining the seepage wall scheme,the calculation model and parameters determined by the inversion calculation were used to study the three-dimensional seepage field of tailings dam under the conditions of 180m,230m and 310m of the dam top elevation respectively,and the variation rules of infiltration surface and hydraulic gradient were obtained,and the reasonable arrangement plan of seepage wall was given for each situation.Based on the comprehensive analysis results,it can be seen that the reasonable seepage control measures are the seepage wall + seepage cushion scheme,and the infiltration surface between Malanyu sub-dam and Moshi temple sub-dam and between Moshi temple sub-dam and Gaoyu sub-dam is relatively high.Attention should be paid to the seepage reduction in this area during the heightening process. |
